    STAY AWAY! Shipping was alright being a state over. One of the reels I received was messed up. Contacted and apparently they don't provide return shipping labels so you will need to pay more out of pocket to ship it back, $11 thay i wont be redunded. Also customer service takes 2+dl days just to email back. Won't be buying from here ever again. *EDIT* Sent multiple emails to Adam D******, not a single reply. Finally had enough and filed a report through PayPal, as of yesterday the refund has been processed. What a joke business.

    Do not use this company, ordered two products after almost 2 months received one product and it was damaged and not usable it took multiple emails and calls to finally get a return label . Was told now that product was out of stock and also still waiting on the other item to come in also but was assured it would be in before Christmas. We’ll of course that didn’t happen and customer service wouldn’t respond to emails and calls. After countless try’s I finally got someone to answer and asked for a refund was told no problem but it will take 2 weeks for a refund, 2 weeks came and gone still no refund and there not responding to emails or calls again. Terrible service hopefully I get my 500 back eventually.
