Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds are typically issued 2-4 business days after a return has been received by our warehouse. Once the item(s) have been confirmed as compliant with our Return Policy, credit is issued to the account used to purchase the item(s). However, depending on bank policy it may take up to two weeks for credit to be posted to the account. 
Compliant returns are refunded for the amount that was paid for the part, minus any applicable restocking fees* outlined in our return and shipping policies. Shipping costs from the initial order and from the return of the part(s) are not refundable and are not included in the refund total. 
*Restocking Fees - In some circumstances, we may charge you a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price of the item.  The decision to charge a restocking fee is in our sole discretion.  If a restocking fee is charged, you agree that the restocking fee can be deducted from your refund.
