    We originally left a good review because we thought we got a good deal and we thought that the dealership was trustworthy. We told **** that we would buy the explorer if they fixed a coolant leak that my husband smelled briefly. They assured us that they sent it out to have it looked at and it was not leaking. My husband was concerned that it was the water pump. They reassured us that it wasnt leaking and based on that we purchased the car, fast forward about 3 weeks later and we started smelling coolant. The water pump is leaking, the same leak they said that didnt exist but it did. We reached out to **** snd asked since the leak was not fixed could they pay for the parts and my husband would fix it. (He used to be an auto mechanic, but now is a pastor). All we heard was crickets. I am so disappointed that they didnt make it right and do the right thing. and suspect they knew all along that the water pump was leaking.
