On Swap.com, individuals sell and buy used items online. I placed an order and did not receive an item. I’ve contacted the company 3-4 times inquiring about my item, so I could return other items that I received but did not like. They have not responded to my requests, my initial request was over a month ago. I have been charged for an item I never received, and am now stuck with items I can now not return due to them being now outside the return window, due to zero response from the company.

I ordered 6 things- 2 of them were shipped in one package and the other 4 were shipped in another. I got the package with the two items just fine, but the package with four items has yet to show up. I went to track it, and it said "insufficient address" even though I KNOW my address was fine because I got the first package. They don't answer their Customer Support phone lines, at ANY time of the day. They also do not respond to emails. This is extremely unprofessional.

Hello Emily, Thank you for your message, I do sincerely apologize for the delay in responding, We are currently experiencing higher than normal ticket and call volumes resulting in longer wait times.  Unfortunately from looking at this issue it appears that UPS failed to process the label with the information that you provided us and as such this second shipment was returned to sender. Unfortunately when a package gets returned to sender the items received are automatically refunded, I do see that this was stuck in processing and one of our representatives manually submitted a refund for this in response to one of your emailed tickets. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Best regards
