    immediate assistance ************************* by Take 5 Oil Change Resulting in Engine Lock Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Take 5 Oil Change regarding negligent service that severely damaged my vehicle. I had an oil change performed at their [***************************** il Shortly afterward, my engine locked completely. A mechanic later confirmed the cause was an incorrectly installed oil plug, which led to catastrophic engine failure. Since discovering the issue, I have repeatedly called and emailed Take 5 in an effort to resolve the matter directly, but the company has continually eluded my calls and failed to provide any meaningful response or support. My repeated attempts to reach management and customer service have gone unanswered. Due to this lack of accountability, I am requesting the Better Business Bureaus immediate assistance in securing a resolution. The companys negligence has caused significant financial loss and inconvenience, and I believe prompt action is warranted. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise me on the next steps as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and prompt response to this urgent matter. Sincerely, ***** ******
