              In 2020 I hired Trademark Plus to register a new business I started called ***************. I paid the fee- signed the documents and now 4 1/2 years later I am being served a cease and desist by another company, Gavl Video. I contacted Trademark Plus and no one returns calls, emails etc. I want a copy of the information I paid for. The link to the documents no longer works. I don't know if they even files my trademark and it's not listed in the date base.

              I used Trademark Plus to help me file a TradeMark for my business with USPTO, the service I paid for included doing an international search of similar logo and see if there are any pending trademarks on logo. They took my money and assured me I can continue with filing, only to get an email from a lawyer at USPTO saying they cannot continue with my filing as there is a similar logo already registered. I contacted Trademark Plus, Ive had no response to my voicemails and emails, they have gone radio silent! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

              I registered for a trademark filing for "Basic package - file tradmark application with free federal search included" for $69.95 and "Trademark Logo Search" for $49.95 for a total of $119.90 on Thursday, August 2021. This filing was rejected by the ***** on July 7th 2022. I emailed and called on July 8th 2022 requesting assistance with the correction. I never received a response to my email, and the man I talked to on the phone said that he would have someone reach out, no one ever did.I sent a follow up email on August 9th 2022, no response.I then sent yet another follow up email, and called numerous times with no answer and eventually left a voicemail requesting someone reach out to me to either fix the filing or issue a refund. I doubt that I will hear back.

              Date of transaction: 12/30/21, Paid $249.95, Order #:1893485416 Help in filing for a Trademark.They provided initial filing to submit which was rejected by the ****** They were unable to provide information regarding the status with the ****** I finally talked the the ***** myself and was told they did not have a record of it, likely because it was not filled out properly and had been rejected. In my efforts to relay this information to TrademarkPlus I was repeatedly dismissed and told to be patient. Emails were not returned, tickets were not addressed in any meaningful way. I've asked for refunds countless times. I've called several times and told someone would be in touch regarding a refund. The calls never come. Despite the fact that I paid $249 for the Complete Package I appear to be getting no help at all. They won't even return calls.

              They took my money never provided me a service or a refund after multiple attempts over the past couple weeks, seems like this is all this company does is take your money and hope u don't complain.

              August 2021. Paid company to prepare trademark application after doing a trademark search. I did not approve nor e-sign application which had spelling and address errors. Search results were of generic terms, not specific to the trademark language. It is obvious to me that the application would likely not be granted by PTO. I have requested refund and also filed dispute with credit card issuer. Disappointed company could have avoided this issue by clarifying and discussing with me before submitting to PTO.

              I used https://trademarkplus.com/ to file a trademark application for my brand, Fablovely. I was looking to trademark the logo/name of my **. It seems the name was posted incorrectly on the application. After I noticed, I reached out to, https://teas.*****.gov/office/pra to correct it. I was told I needed to reach out to TradeMark Plus for corrections since they created the application. It took me over weeks to get an answer from TradeMark Plus, several emails, and phone calls. After my many complaints, someone got back to me to inquire about the issue. As expected, I am still waiting to hear back from them about my trademark logo/Co name with *********, I am going to market in a few days, I am an e-commerce business. I still don't know if I am protected if someone can steal my ** name, etc after going to market. Their error can cost me my ** name, meaning, someone can take it from me. Trademark Plus has so many complaints about the same thing from so many other small business owners.

              I made an inquiry about a trademark on 6/8/2021 and then received an e-mail to confirm my purchase, and I did not do that, but I was still charged $199.90. I have tried to contact this company via e-mail and phone with no resolution.

              bought a trademark order for my sons (16) company for over $200 and i have not received anything form the company anytime i contact them (email) they respond with the SAME email everytime: "Thank you for your recent trademark order for: It's a Lifestyle. Since you indicated that you would like to register a stylized ****, we need to obtain your stylized logo. Please reply to this e-mail and attach the stylized logo image. If possible, try to have the image in large size high resolution and in one of the following formats: GIF, JPG, PSD, or PDF. The design logo is a required part of the trademark application for all applicants who choose a stylized ****. We need to receive it before we can prepare your trademark application. " I have sent them the logo a few times and never received anything else in return . I like them to send me a refund in the form of a money order ASAP.
