              Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states he purchased tickets through *********** Travel 11/2021 for $1568.40 for ***** airlines. The consumer got covid and could not use the tickets. He was told he would get a credit he could use for a year through *****. Consumer was going to use the credit this year and the number he had was ********************. When he called it ended up being Flightsbank LLC but they did not disclose that information, he found that out through ***** airlines. When he spoke to them (*********************) on 8/2/22 he was told if he paid $740.00 he would get his $1568.40 refunded to him in ***** business days. He did not get a refund by 8/30/22 so he asked them to refund him the $740.00. He received an email from a manger named *************************** at ext 532 but any time he calls her she is not in her office. He was told he no longer has any type of credit or refund coming to him because it is non-refundable.

              Ive tried to use my credit with Flightsbank due to a canceled flight due to Covid and I havent been able to reach anyone through email or phone. They still have my money.

              In feb 2020 I booked a flight with flights bank to the ****************** for a bit over $1300 and had to cancel due to Covid in March of 2020. I was told that due to the circumstances with Covid that a credit voucher would be issued for the total and I could use my reference number when I was ready to use credit. Since that time Ive made NUMBEROUS attempts at calls and e-mails with NO reply. Every couple months Id check in again- first asking about the mandated Covid rule about reimbursement regarding Covid related travel cancellations and then asking about anyone to reply regarding my options. No reply. Today when I tried once again- their e-mail bounced back as not a valid e-mail and the phone has been ringing the busy tone for MONTHS. Im beyond frustrated and angry that my $ was never reimbursed and beyond my cancellation and credit information issued no replies to any of my numerous communications have been responded to. PLEASE HELP.

              On February 2nd 2020 I bought 3 airline tickets from FlightsBank LLC. September 18, 2020 I made changes to these tickets with American Airlines. I was suppose to fly to the destination on November 10, 2021. I spoke with American Airlines and we agreed to cancel the trip and get refunded. On October 2, 2021 American Airlines sent the refund to FlightsBanks LLC. The travel agency doesn't give me back my money or get me use that money to buy a new tickets with them. Essentially they kept my money. If I would knew that this would happen, I would deal directly with American Airlines and change my trip instead of losing the money. I called them several times and also emailed them. I have all the documentation to prove this. Please help. Thank you, ******

              I purchased United airline tickets for $547.25 on 3/5/20. Obviously, I had to cancel and the credit was supposed to be good for a year from ticket date which was Aug 2020. I have tried to get in contact multiple times, methods and no response from them. I cannot book credit with United bc I need to go through them. Please assist me!! I have multiple emails from the time of the cancelation.

              I booked flights through Flightsbank. Air Canada has issued my refund back to Flightsbank. Flightsbank asked for my wire instructions, which I gave them to my account. I have not received my refund of $311.00 . I have emailed and tried to call several times with no response.

              My family purchased tickets from Flightsbank for a COPA flight #383 from San Francisco to Cartagena on April 4, 2020 and return on April 11. We paid $2378.75. COPA cancelled the flight because of Covid. We requested a refund (which is required by the Department of Transportation if a flight is cancelled) and they refused. They only sent us an email voucher for credit for a future purchase. We have been trying to use this credit for the last 4 months and Flightsbank is unwilling to book any travel for us using this credit.
