Subject: ****************************** and Pronto Finance Dear *********** am writing to formally file a complaint against ************ and Pronto Finance regarding the wrongful repossession of my vehicle on August 14, 2024.Details of the Complaint:Vehicle Information:Make and Model:2015 Chrsyler 200S VIN: ***************** On August 14, 2024, my vehicle was repossessed. Upon contacting Pronto Finance, the company with whom I make my payments, I was informed that there was no repossession order on file and that they were unaware of the vehicle's location. They stated they would reach out to the dealer for further information.Subsequently, I contacted ***** from ************, who informed me that the vehicle was repossessed due to alleged failure to make payments. However, I have bank statements that clearly show that all payments were made. Despite providing proof of payment, the vehicle was still taken.Discrepancies and Issues:Pronto Finance claims they have no knowledge of the repossession order or the vehicle's whereabouts, even though I have been making payments directly to them.***** from ************ asserts that Pronto Finance reported the vehicle as being overdue by approximately sixty days, which is incorrect and not supported by my payment records.Both ************ and Pronto Finance have provided conflicting information, and their actions have led to the illegal repossession of my vehicle.Supporting Documentation:Bank statements proving timely payments Correspondence with Pronto Finance and ************ Resolution Requested:Immediate return of my vehicle OR no legal or financial obligation to the vehicle or companies A full investigation into the wrongful repossession Compensation for any inconvenience or financial loss incurred due to this issue I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response. Pronto finance has reported twice on Jan 2024 to Experian leaving a duplicated balance on my credit. As of February 2024 my account is still showing a duplicate account. This is incorrect information and would like this corrected. This has made an impact on my credit. I have not heard from Pronto Finance until now. They reported that I have a remaining balance of $*****. The total of the Vehicle was $13,277 which led me to gather my bank statements and do some research. Starting from Jan. 23 2017 until February 2021 was the last payment made to Pronto Finance. The Vehicle was auctioned on May 4, 2020 for $750.00. Total amount paid to Pronto Finance is ********* with the $750.00 included. I have paid Pronto Finance a total of ********* with bank statements to reflect payments made. However, to have a remaining balance of ***** plus the $********* that I have paid to Pronto Finance would be totaling a total of $20,834.44 that I would be making to Pronto Finance. That would over pass the total amount of the vehicle which was $13,277. Account should be closed as of February 2021 $********* has been paid to Pronto for the vehicle.Initial Complaint

I have a ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ case I dont make payments they can track my car and kill the engine but they never told me after I finish paying for the car. I will have to pay for it to have it removed. I have finished paying for my car and now theyre telling me that I will have to pay a technician to have a immobilizer box. Remove the imobrilizer box on track your car and kills the engine and now they want me to pay a technician to remove it from car I was never told that when I bought the car I want the finance company to have it removed and they pic up the costInitial Complaint

I I am having problems with this company my car was a 2012 **** escape my payments were 596 a month I've had it since for about 2 years now my car got damaged in a flood they toted they called it a total wreck for a total loss they are still telling me that I have to pay the rest of the month the money that I owe towards the financing insurance these people are very unprofessional the people that you reach they say one thing then they switch over to another one they say another thing it's on it's very unprofessional of them to switch you from one and to another person sometimes they don't even answer your calls but when they need you to make a payment they do call you right away I feel that this company should not be taking any more people by surprise like many of us have been we need help to set them or let them know that they are no longer able to do that and to bring out the actual and total amount of what respect is expected of us with no hiden fees to bring it out right straight out no after having all this talk with the employees there they are still telling me that I have to pay for the rest of the loan. So this means less clients less money how do you expect me to pay when I have no car. They also told me to rent a car for ***** for two weeks or ***** for one week how can someone rent a car at that price?Initial Complaint

Check your contract people. After looking over the addendum that was emailed to me on 12/01/19 it had been forged and back dated
