  Bought a car 300 miles away. Dealer suggested I use Nexus for delivery. Communication with Nexus was super easy. They contracted a local driver. Communication with the local company was also great. Car was shipped to me promptly. Would gladly use Nexus again.

  I was in a bind stuck in north ********. They were the only company that could come get me same day. The wait tine wasn't long. The transport drivers were friendly, courteous, and very professional. Definitely would use them again

  Have no complaints. Nexus picked up my truck from ******* and delivered to OK in 4 days. Customers should understand that this is not a train that goes the same place day after day. There may be delays for lots of reasons. In my case, the driver kept in touch via text from the time he picked up the car to delivery. Very good service for the best price I found on the internet. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  I am writing to warn other businesses and individuals against using the services of Nexus Transport, based on our recent and unpleasant experience with this company.We paid 20% upfront as requested by the company for the transport of our goods to another location, but on the scheduled day, their truck driver failed to show up, causing significant inconvenience and loss of time. Nexus Transport then charged us an additional $400 for the transport, which was not part of the original quote. Despite our numerous attempts to contact their managers, including **** and *****, we received no response or explanation for this additional charge besides it being expedited even though we didn't ask for expedited. Moreover, due to the delay caused by Nexus Transport's failure to provide a truck driver, we were charged an extra $500 in storage fees. We have all the receipts and communication with Nexus Transport to prove our claim.We are considering legal action against this company and strongly advise other businesses and individuals against using Nexus Transport's services. Our experience was terrible, and we do not want anyone else to suffer the same fate.If any member of the management wishes to look into this matter, they can email us. We are open to discuss the issue further and reach an amicable resolution.However, until we receive a call or the company tries to contact us to resolve the issue, this review will stay up as a warning to others.
