  We had new siding installed by Feldco and it was a very positive experience all around. From our sales rep to the installation crew, our experience was top notch. The crew was polite, professional and their clean up after completion was excellent. Our customer service was outstanding as well especially the gal that handled our scheduling throughout. We had windows put in a few weeks prior to the siding and had same great experience. Would have no problem recommending Feldco to others. Thank you to all who made our experience a positive one.

  Recently had 11 windows installed by Feldco. Our sales **** ***** was informative and helpful. He came out a second time so that we could see an actual complete window as a sample! Install was fast and guys were polite and professional. They were done in less than a day!

  We had very old junk windows and they came in very respectful and easy going to talk to about getting new windows. No hassle, very professional and when they came to install everything looks perfect. Honestly much more clean finishing then I expected. Highly recommend and most likely will use again.

  Absolutely terrible service from Feldco start to finish of the process.Communication Feldco has with the customer, and amongst themselves. Despite having a project manager, the team completing the project would need to be continually reminded by the customer as to where the project stands, and what the next steps are. The Feldco team is responsive, but they often have note spoken to one another or read any notes from previous conversations upon reaching out to the customer. The quality of work done is absolutely terrible. The estimated time it took to complete the project was 2 days. The project took roughly 17 days to complete. The delay in time to complete the work stems from not have the laborers needed, the laborers completing the project not actually working while on site, various mistakes made by the laborers in the installation process (which required sections of the project needing to be done multiple times). Upon inspection of the project at completion, Feldco did send someone other than the project manager to review the work. At which time they found multiple mistakes. I will give them credit for being honest about the need to correct those mistakes. But upon return to the project there was multiple complaints from the project manager that the work was correct. It is unprofessional to have these conversations with the customer after it has already been decided by a superior that the work needs to be corrected.Assess all your options for any of these projects before making a selection.

  Not that long ago, I purchased a custom blue storm door from Feldco. I really enjoyed the guy who came out to sell me the door. He was very nice and courteous to my needs. When the door was installed, there was a small hiccup with the gap within the top sash. Feldco immediately sent out their service tech that same day to inspect what was needed to be fixed. When I called to inquire about status updates, I spoke with ****, a manager at Feldco and he kept me in communication about when this was all going to be squared away. Not everything may always go as planned, but it's how companies respond and are quick to action with issues. That to me sets Feldco apart from the rest and I love my door! I will continue to recommend this company to all my family and friends and hope to use them again when I am ready! Thank you Feldco!!

  We have also had issues with our windows. We have two upstairs that dont close properly, and subsequently dont ever line up properly to lock. They constantly get moisture in the inside, and used caulk as a means to cover up these issues. The hole for one of our locking mechanisms on our screen door was drilled too large, and half the time, our screen doesnt lock, and part of the metal lock sheared off. We still have ten windows to be replaced, as well as another door, and unfortunately are going to have to go with someone else.
