      Does anyone know somebody who can help us to *** this company? We have the same exact is***s as everyone else with Verizon Connect. They are charging us for a camera we never received everytime I call them they just keep transferring me. They keep creating cases and stating that someone is gonna call me back, I have been trying to cancel the service since June,2022. I got a bill for almost $4000 for a camera I never got and the service we never received from the camera. They have one of the worst customer service. They still robbing businesses without legal consequences. If you know someone who can help us, please advise us, we don't want companies like Verizon Connect to ruin our company record.

      Worst customer service. I have been trying to cancel a GPS tracking unit since July 2022. I never received the unit but keep being charged. I am also trying get refunded for the month they continue to charge me. Every time I call they say they will take care of it and will get back to me within 48 hours. I never hear back.

      We sold our business and have been trying to cancel the service for over 2 months, all the while being charged for the service when we no longer own the vehicles. I have got the run around each phone call, empty promises and no help! They are requiring a cancelation fee that never changes in cost even though I have made 2 extra payments since I started this. **************** is terrible and it is ridiculous how difficult it is to stop a service on a product you no longer even own. Unless you plan on having this service forever stay away from Verizon!!! They are impossible to work with.

      I have been trying to return my product since 09/14/2022. I have called multiple times just for Verizon to say they created a request. Today 03/30/2023 Verizon pulled $800 out of my account for their services and are informing me that it will take 3 months for them to process the cancellation request. This is the same response I got when I cancelled it back In September. My next step is requesting DOT to investigate and remove them from the Authorized ELD list.

      Signed up and it was all lies. Now they wont let me cancel either. Beware!! Do not sign a contract with them!!!

      Their product isn't bad. Fleet tracking and ELD products work fine. The issue is with customer service...which seems to be non-existent. My Customer Success Manager will not respond to e-mails and is never available when I call in to the support line. They will simply create a new case number each time I attempt contact. I attempted to schedule installation of their updated 4G equipment, but was told for over 6 months that my contract was not entered into their database. Finally, the 3G equipment quit working, but billing continued. The 4G equipment was finally installed a year after I initiated contact for the installation. I have sent numerous e-mails with zero response. You would think that the parent company "Verizon" would step in and do anything to avoid this company tarnishing their reputation. I can't get a response from calls or e-mails, but don't let me be 10 days late paying their bill. It seems their accounts receivable department is the only one that accepts and makes phone calls. They will auto-renew your contract, locking you in for another 3 years, then try to bill you an early termination fee if you want out of your contract. They're dishonest and disreputable. Worst decision I ever made.

      I have been charged and for multiple devices and I keep getting new case numbers and different people for the last 10 months to no resolution of fixing my account and my eld device is shut off because I refuse to keep waiting on credits to my account just fix my account I have 1 device and still being charged for 2 . It doesn't take a year to remove something that never shipped and im only 1 person with one device smh this is ridiculous. Fix my account.

      My story is like the rest. They refuse to cancel my account for products I never seen, touched or reviewed. We are over 2k in payments they took out now 1k in debt woth collections because I took my card off. Left a dozen emails and called every department to hear my voice. I'm frustrated. Do not go with this company at all. They are lazy and do not do their job. I am talking with a lawyer to get my money back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A FRAUD - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT who they say they are. The products sent are old and non-usable. They sent the wrong product and won't send the new ones. The sales people are no longer there and can not get a hold of any one. This used to be Reveal - but since they changed to Verizon Connect it is a fraud of a company. They should be investigated and put in jail. They get a Negative Star - I'm out money and have products that don't work. STAY AWAY!

      If I could give zero stars, I would. My story is the exact same as the reviews below--dozens of phone calls and over 30 emails for being bill for cameras I NEVER received. They now have sent me a $10k bill for all the bills over the last year I have refused to pay AND early termination fees. I don't know about the rest of the reviewers, but I am a VERY small company (5 employees). The way Verizon just bull dozes over little companies is horrific. They definitely are the proverbial bully in the school yard.
