      I originally ordered 2 devices from Verizon connect was given a installation date then on the day of installation they never showed up to install the equipment, I called the company and after talking with them I decided to cancel my account. After months of back and forth opening cases and speaking with alot of different people I finally was able to get ahold of one of there success managers that said they would be canceling the account and waving any fees or charges made to my account since I never used there product. Almost a year later I received a letter from a collections agency for over $4,000 for an account that was never used and I was told I wouldnt be charged for. This is just ridiculous

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As stated from there own customer service I did not have an active account and any and all fees associated with any potential account was to be waved. If they are not willing to fix this error and are still trying to pursue false charges I'll be contacting the Attorney *************** and *** about the matter as well as seeking legal council to deal with this matter there is not a satisfactory outcome.

      I was sold a fleet location management service. The Equipment provided was incompatible with my equipment, per Verizon Connect Technical Support. They contacted my sales rep to get the right equipment and He never responded. So I chose to cancel the service. This was in August 2022. I sent the wrong equipment back to Verizon Connect. Now its December, 2022, I have spoken to 15 to 20 representatives from Verizon Connect to cancel the service. I still get calls from collections to pay my bill for service I never received. I have sent numberous emails and never get a response from the company. I just want the account cancelled and my account free of any charges. I haven't paid anything to this company. I just want my account free and clear and collections to stop calling me.

      I ordered the equipment for electronic logs for my business. They sent me the wrong equipment several times and charged me $4K. I spoke with a rep and she got me approved for return and $0 owed. We returned equipment and they still charged my card. I had to dispute it with my card company. They then started sending me emails threatening to turn my company over for non payment when I am not obligated to pay anything, everything was returned and never used because it was not the right equipment. I have tried on multiple occasions to call them and they hang up after I wait 20+ minutes on hold.

      I originally requested to cancel my contract with Verizon Connect in January 2022. It took four months, but I was finally able to get them to cancel in May 2022. I signed papers they sent stating my contract was being terminated. They stopped charing for ELD service but it is now Decmber and they are still charging me for tracking services, which should have also been cancelled. I have contacted them numerous times by phone and email. I am either ignored or told they will assign someone to finish closing out my account but they never do. My bill is now up to $380.66 due to them neglecting to cancel the account. I would like them to please stop billing me and remove the charges so that my credit is not affected.

      i have called 5 times about issues with this account , ticket numbers ********, ********, ********, i emailed case manager ************************* on 11-16-22 @**************************************************** and ***** .***** on 11-21-22 . i called in to customer service and cannot get any help. over last 2 months dealing with same issue . Arbitration seem to be only way i can get some one to contact me .

      We opened an account with Verizon Connect for tracking devices to be used on our trucks in February of 2021. From day one these devices were constantly providing inaccurate and inconsistent data. After about a year of struggle and more than 10 open cases with Verizon in effort to try to get these trackers to work, we had to close the account. It took us over 6 months to close the account as Verizon tried to charge us contract cancellation fee. We paid over $4000 for 9 months of bad service for Verizon Connect tracking devices that never worked. We worked with multiple business success managers in order to try to close the account and spent countless number of hours dealing with Verizon support. We have requested a refund for the 9 months that we paid for the service. Our attorney sent an email to Verizon correspondence team over two weeks ago. We have not heard back.

      Have been trying for officially 5 consecutive months to close my account without any success now even account was never active they have put my account into collection and refuse to stop proceeding while know I have made numerous calls on account closure over last 5 months

      I enrolled in Verizon Connect a/b 1.5 yrs ago. I called Verizon Connect in early July '22 to cancel & they said someone would call me. 7/15/22 I told ********************* I wanted to cancel. She put in request, told me not to send equipt back, told me I owed $931.10 for early term. I explained that I was told it would only be $150 to cancel when I signed up. She said she would look into it & call, I never heard back. 7/20/22 called cust service. They told me to send back *********** rep was now *****************************. Contacted ****** many times through email (no phone #) she told me I needed written proof I was told $150. 7/7/22 I sent the email from ************************* showing he told me $150. ****** submitted email to finance & said it would be 4-6 ******* had to keep paying b/c my account won't cancel until balance is 0. 8/1/22 I asked for ******** supervisor, she said she would call in ***** hrs. Emailed 8/10, 8/12 no response. 8/15 I asked for a # to call (she would not provide) & said her manager's name was ********************** 8/15 ***** called me & said she was meeting with finance & would have an answer. She said she would refund me 2 months of payments b/c I had cancelled & paid those bills. 8/19/22 I emailed ****** b/c ***** never called ******** said I was approved for a $0 Early Term Fee. 8/19 I got a call from ********************************* is my new rep (a/b 10 reps in 1.5yrs). Since then I have called & emailed many times (30 or so) b/c the account shows closed & then open. I have not received my (now) 4 months of refund. 9/21 ***************************** emailed me stating that my refund was submitted & mailed to me, ****** then quit. Now I get emails stating it is open & going to go to collections. I have called cust service many times, each time they say they are submitting it & will call me back. No call back & no action. called today, on hold for supervisor for 30 min then they hung up. called again & waiting on call back. I just want my acct closed, Early term fee $0 & my refund!
