    I bought it ************************************* subscription service ($99.9) uses PayPal, but I can't view online resume.I have sent many emails, but no one answered.Please help me solve it as soon as possible.

    We refunded this transaction through PayPal on the same day. However, the payment has not cleared in Paypal or the customer's screenshot.  Paypal will not credit the transaction until it the payment clears. Please see the attached documentation showing the payment is still pending even though it was submitted from Jobvertise.

    I bought it https://www.jobvertise.com/ subscription service ($59) uses PayPal, but I can't view online resume.I have sent many emails, but no one answered.Please help me solve it as soon as possible.

    This issue was resolved on the same day as the original complaint, September 1, 2022.  The customer has tried to remove the complaint on this system by emailing bbb customer service. Please see the attached screenshot.
