    Company was called for a door opener diagnosis and repair. They installed a replacement pushbutton. The next day it was failing again. Company at first said they would come back and then cancelled appointment. I called another company and they came out and diagnosed a wiring issue and it then worked normally.I called this company and told them I wanted my non-faulty push bottun switch back and a refund. They told me I could keep the new button and refused to return mine or refund the service charge.

    We have received the following complaint, however, we have no records of the customer name, address, or phone number.

    Unfortunately, there is another company with a similar name as ours that serves this location more frequently, we have only a few previous customers in ********* and we are more local to our area so we do not travel there very often.

    I will also reach out to the customer listed to make sure he finds the correct company, as we do not do business this way.
