Spam mail almost daily mail and the envelopes are trying to represent actual mortgage company used for purchase of house. They do not even have my actual legal name spelled correctly. That was the first red flag. The mail has come almost daily but definitely weekly trying to imposter my mortgage company. Well this evening someone called my cell phone from this company trying to set up a time to speak. My wife did some digging and now we find so many of the same complaints. So my wife called the number back of that person. She advised her we were not interested in their services and she responded with to not put our info online requesting information anymore. My wife advised her we have not ever requested any info from them or requested contact and that the mail started after we purchased our house for almost half a year now. The woman just continued to tell her to not request information from them anymore and contact by mail and phone should stop as of now. She was very rude and we found it odd that she contacted from her personal cell phone. In my complaint information I input my name incorrectly as they have it for my identity protection. I do not want them having any access to my actual legal name since that is what gave their spam away in the first place and protected me.
