We had 3 Doors installed by this company. 2 set are wood French doors that were not installed properly. They do not work properly and the installer damaged the doors during the install. The doors are not level or sitting right. One of the doors does not open and close without excessive force and lifting it. I believe the damage to the whole set of doors and the frame is unrepairable. The owner has been out several times and he stands by their workmanship. The owner forced the top of the door closed while the bottom lock was 3" from being closed and told us the door was fine. When we showed him the cracks in the frame from the wrong screws and the force of them being put in, he asked why we would look there. At this time I believe The only way to fix the doors would be to have a new set of doors delivered as the factory usually sends them out, and a professional installation to be done by a professional. We do have pictures and videos of all the damage that has occurred from the beginning of this nightmare until now. I also have video of how the door opens and closes. This had been an ongoing problem with them for 6 months now.
