    I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. This new management is very greedy and they do not service service calls. There's always an issue here. They accused me and my Fiance of having unauthorized animals on premises, charged us $650. We never had any animals, we were never informed of us allegedly having animals, the funds were deducted from ACH payment at the community convenience. This caused a lapse payment on my regular scheduled bills. They later refunded me my money 30 DAYS later. Zero interest. No apology. No compensation. It's amazing if your one day late they ding you with late payments, yet they authorized to deduct fraudulent funds at their will. Stay away! This company is currently under new management. The current name for this community is *******************. Village Green Communities.
