  On November 1, 2025 I took my coat into CD Cleaners for a new lining (cost $90.00), I paid cash. The date the coat would ready was November 18th. However, it was ready for promised date. I examined the coat and the hem of the new lining was poorly sewn in. I left the coat to have it corrected.I went to the above Cleaners today, November 24, 2015, and there was a gap in the hem of the coat. The manager said the seamstress would be coming in the next hour or two and I could leave the coat, I declined to do this. I said I wanted my coat, and felt I was due $45 back. The manager offered me a $20 store credit, I declined it and received $20 cash.I took pictures of the new lining, very poorly sewn in, ans the gap in the jem of the coat, this is not professional service as a professional seamstress. I would like an additional cash amount $35, instead of $25.00.

  I took my Mother of the Bride dress to this place to get cleaned and remove wrinkles. When I got it home and looked, they had stretched the material in the back so the dress/zipper bowed out about 3 or so inches. It was unwearable. I called, they had no explanation for me. Asked for the manager, he was always 'out'. I went up when I was told the manager would be there, he 'was not there' but dealt with someone else, who was saying they cleaned per the manufacturer's instructions and that it's the fault of the material. (You can't tell me they have never cleaned another item with this same material and this is the first time they've experienced the problem.) Then her suggestion was to take it back to the retailer and return it and not tell them. That is not an ethical solve in my opinion. The manager never did appear, only had everyone else deal with me. They absolutely refused to give me anything for my dress and I'm out the money. This happened 4 days before my daughter's wedding. I had to scramble to find another dress. This place is horrible!!!

  BELOW THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 8 times my family contacted CD One due to lost “Gentlemen’s Warehouse” fine wool mens dress vest. No apologies were offered. After extreme stress and frustration, a dollar compensation for replacement value was not given. The fee we paid to have our garment dry cleaned was not refunded. Sad to say this company went from a 5 star review to a one! Impossible to leave a zero. After years and years and literally thousands of dollars in paid dry cleaning fees…. this is how it will be left? Shame on you CD ONE! Shame on you!
