      If I can give zero stars I would. Calling to get help alone is a nightmare. I’ve ordered prescription glasses from the same company for years and since Inspira took over from Payflex it’s been HORRIBLE. I just had to order a new card and she said it would take 15-20 business days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

      Its been 3rd week now since I requested from Inspira company to send me a code to create a login access. Unfortunately, my previous employer default my 401K to Inspira and I want to transfer my account to some company who has a good customer service. Inspira is really hard to reach out, every week I send them an email regarding the code and they keep of asking me more documentation in which I comply. The person you talk over the phone has a very strong accent and cannot understand what am I asking. It shouldn’t be this hard and long just to get an access to my account. I am already contemplating to get a lawyer as I have no patience to deal with this company.

      An old employee retirement account was moved automatically to Inspira without knowledge or consent. Then the amount was invested in something like money market, which earns very little return. On top of that, the 'service fee' actually meant the account was losing money!!! How is that good stewardship of someone's retirement savings? The paperwork to transfer out, especially for a deceased account holder, is very complicated and time consuming. They wait till the last day of the 'wait period' to contact for corrections - probably to be able to charge another month of 'service fees'. Absolutely a scam, would give 0 stars if possible.

      I'd leave 0 stars if I could. **************** chat is hardly ever available, and calling will leave you on hold for over an hour in order to connect with someone (if you ever do get connected). The claim and transaction details do not have enough information on the screen. It is practically impossible to find anything online. The website times out, and the app does as well. The app details per claim/transactions doe not match what is online. There is no customer service email - why?? Email and text notifications do not work - to the point where my card was deactivated because I didn't know claims were denied. I had to submit documentation for autism therapy, even though "autism" was in the company title - why??? I will never recommend Inspira, and I'm glad I'm moving financial institutions. There are so many inconsistencies in how and when claims/transactions are reviewed. It seems they used to be reviewed quickly, but it's like they purposely are taking more time now that I need the approval process expedited. THE WORST customer service experience I've ever had.

      After over an hour and a half waiting on the phone it picked up and I was immediately disconnected. I have gotten nothing in the mail from this company after leaving Lowes. They are just stealing everyone's money and are getting away with it.

      Inspira Financial is the only choice for an *** offered by my employer, so had I known what a massive nightmare it would be to use the *** for the last 2 years, I NEVER would have signed up for this ***. Over half of my expenses are rejected and Inspira requests receipts for known providers and suspends my card. Then once I do submit the documents, it takes over 10 days and several phone calls each time to be reflected on my account. Then I was told on my last conversation with an Inspira *** that I must provide Insurance EOB (Explanation of Benefit) statements in addition to the provider receipts. Inspira has sent threatening letters even after I submitted all receipts that the rejected expenses will result in a 1099 where the rejected expense amount will be counted as income to me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING Inspira Financial FSA. My husband's company uses HealthEquity FSA and it is so incredibly easy to use, so I know how to deal with a good FSA Company.

      Inspira Financial *** is absolutely the WORST *** company I have ever used. They consistently ask for receipts for the same type of mental health visits as well as dental visits ( which are not requested by my husband's *** using a different company ). They suspended my account until I submitted $1765 of receipts, and then are super slow at approving them. Meanwhile they have sent mutliple threatening letters that I owe them the $1765, which were all valid *** expenses! Multiple phone calls to support do not help, and I was just told in addiiton to prioviding doctor's receipts with name, date, diagnoses, payments, etc. I now have to provide an Insurance *** for all these expenses to get them cleared! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THEFT OF MY MONEY! Unfortunately my company does not provide another choice of *** company, so I will not be renewing the *** with Inspira, EVER!

      Worst financial platform I've ever interacted with. Customer support is just as bad as their UI. Forced into being a customer because they bought my 401k from an employer. Would never use this company if I had a choice.

      When our *** went from ******* to Inspira I was so hopeful things would improve and they have not. The website is awful with it is threatening warnings to close down your account but little direction on why The communication is slow and lax. I received notice that I owed money back to the *** account in late 2024 from a charge in 2023. I paid the 97 $ to reactivate my account however since it was almost 2 years later I was not able to use the 97$ it still sits there as on the 2023 account. RIP OFF I have had the same HRT and Supplement Treatments for 5 years through 2 physicians, yet I have to submit new documents every time. Then the same documentation is rejected and I have to start over again and pay to have new documents created. Our company only provides one option for health insurance so I have not other options but if you do stay away from Inspira FSA
