  I contacted American Weathermakers three (3) days ago after hours to schedule a repair of my AC unit I purchased from American Weathermakers in March 2023. I was told by a live employee that, "We don't service air conditioners at night," and scheduled an appointment for the following day; however, I missed the confirmation call at 6:45 am and no follow up/no show. Their radio commercials promise that they're be to you within 60 minutes. This is completely false. I will never use American Weathermakers, *** again. I highly suggest you don't either. #americanweathermakers

  I've been a customer for many years and am so happy with ******************* customer **********************. I recently purchased an A/C unit and also a new condenser for my other A/C unit. I want to compliment ********************* for answering all my questions and explaining the options available to me so I have the best possible, up to date, cooling system. **** is knowledgeable about the products and carefully explained the issues with my A/C. He ordered the necessary parts and he arrived on time for installation.

  Once again, American Weathermakers saved the day! Have used them for over ***************************************************************** critical situations and still continue to deliver quality service. During the last sub-zero cold spell with wind chills running in the minus 30 degree range, I woke on Sunday morning, about 6am, with the house a very chilly 52 degrees. Seems the furnace was not working! Immediately called American Weathermakers and reached their answering service. A very nice lady took my information and said someone call me back. About twenty minutes later, ***********************, their Installation Manager, called and said he was headed into the office and would be going past my home and could stop and see if he could find the problem. When he arrived, he was immediately able to solve one problem but there was a blown circuit board that would need replacing. Obviously, he didn't have ************ but said he would check as soon as he was in the office and and let me know. Told me it would take an hour or so to get back to me because he also needed to coordinate all the service calls coming in due to the storm and cold. He called about an hour later and said they had the circuit board (!!) and as soon as a technician was free and could get to the warehouse to pick it up, they would be out.***********************, one of their service technicians, arrived within a couple hours with the part and p had the unit up and running in short order. By late afternoon, my house was once again warm and snuggy!

  I called American Weathermakers Inc. on behalf of elderly relatives in need of a new furnace. I warned them regarding the conditions of the residence were not in the best of shape. We received an estimate from **** and an appointment for installation was set. There was an issue with the first installation date due to the conditions of the residence. A new installation date was set. The owner ***** and **** installed the furnace on the new date and where incredibly understanding of the circumstance and treated my relatives with absolute respect. Based on how ***** stood behind his companies promise, the installation and understanding they showed was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company for any furnace installation..**********
