"Dishonest service department , first let me start by saying that Im a retired Diesel tech and have owned my own business decades before Woodys, had a appointment to bring truck in as I was leaving country, my son was contact, had to get truck towed over on 11/26 for a 11/27 appointment, not only did they not look at truck , I gave them part and explicit directions what to do, truck say outside over a week as they provided a false total showing they had no knowledge of the vehicle , I had it towed back and will fix my self, I thought try a dealer 3 miles away! Big mistake , would not buy a new truck f RT Im them if it was $10,000 cheaper, live and learn!"
