    Bought a mower in Feb 2025 and it broke July 5 2025 and has been sitting at the repair center for almost four months now with a part on backorder. Ego has refused to take care of this or offer any other resolution and just says "You'll have to wait.". Do not buy Ego brand tools as their service is non existent after the purchase.

    Don't buy these products! Their warranty is worthless . I turned in a battery over 3 weeks ago to customer service and still no battery . Called several times and spoke with someone that could not speak clear English. There's been no response from them or Lowes in ***************** *******. I bought their top of the line tools and bought extended warranties. DO NOT BUY OR U WILL BE SORRY !!!

    Big time case of buyers remorse: feel like I should have known better.Bought our Ego+ self-propelled push mower in July 2020.Of course, the battery is spent: called customer service and they walked me through troubleshooting: definitely dead (over 5 years old on a 3 year warranty on the battery).I knew full well going into it that a replacement battery would be $300-$400 easy.I was lulled into thinking this great maintenance free lawnmower would be a boon worked great up until now, then nothing.I can buy a new gas powered push mower for less than $300 easy, and I can guarantee it will last for way more than 5 years!!!Grr. Sad part is that we will probably be shelling out the $$ for the new battery anyway (off-market brands are available but they are apparently notorious for failure, very short life, etc).Dear reader: PLEASE think before you buy one of these!!!

    I would rate them a 0 if that was possible. New Power String Trimmer used three times. One of the eyelets fell out of the trim head during use and now it won't hold the string in place, making it useless. I have been on the phone with their customer service department multiple times and I have chatted with them multiple times, and they will do nothing about it. Their warranty is useless and they obviously have no integrity. Buy something else and save yourself a lot of frustration.

    What a lousy company i had trouble with power drive and they honored the warranty the first 2 times and came back for third time with same problem and representative said i qualified for a replacement mower and I couldn't find a repair person who would replace the mower so I called back and got a different *** and she called me a liar and said she reviewed the tape and no one said they would replace my mower. i said you are calling me a liar and I was part of tis conversation and you are a liar. I had written order to fix or replace my mower and they won't even honor the repair which cost me ******. don't buy any of this companys products. check BBB many complaints and rating is FFFFF.

    Purchased the 56v string trimmer, and it broke in about a year. Sent me to Ace Hardware about 30 minutes away to get repaired. Ace called to say it was not repaired, and Ego will send new one. I asked if they would send new unit with battery, and was told yes. Of course, delivered 2 weeks later, with no battery. They would not send new one, and told me to fight it out with Ace. Ace decided to pull one from the shelf since they sent it back already. Their cust service is horrible.

    Ive called the customer support line at least 5 times and have left messages about battery issues. You will never hear back from them. The fact that they even advertise a warranty is a SCAM! Will never get anything from them again.

    EGO makes it impossible to get a replacement battery when it failed within warranty unless you are willing to spend many hours on the phone. absolutely awful experience. Battery went bad in about 11 months and i have spent a month trying to get a replacement.

    Product MIGHT be great for the first 1-3 years; Then WHEN (not if) your battery goes bad... you have to deal with their customer service. I would rather go to the *** every day for a month straight than have to deal with EGO ever again.They used to be the leader in battery outdoor... now EVERY other brand meets or exceeds them AND doesn't charge the equivalent of a trip to the emergency room for a single low amp hour battery (that will fail in 1-4 years).

    Battery malfunctioned after 1 year, even though properly handled. Unable to reach customer service to get replacement (reason for 1 star). Product is great, but service disappointing. Wouldnt recommend buying from them due to this issue
