    My name is *****************************. On the morning of June 27, 2022, I entered into a business agreement and paid for services to be performed in my absence at my home at *************************************************************** by ***** Painting, LLC. I completed final walkthrough that same morning with owner of ***** Painting, LLC, ***************************, clarifying that I would be out of town but had arranged access to my home. We, again, identified each of the areas to paint and patch in the interior of my home during this walkthrough. The specific areas where work was to be performed were as follows: Front entryway ceiling Living and Dining room walls and ceiling Upstairs hallway walls and ceilings Upstairs and Downstairs bathrooms Basement staircase ceiling Upon my return on July 14, 2022 and several days following, I inspected the work that had been done. These are the issues that were found: ?The ceiling patching performed by ***** Painting, LLC was subpar in my entryway with textures not matching. ?The entryway ceiling where patching was done appears to be 2 different shades as if it was not painted completely. ?My living room ceiling has dried droplets extending from it. ?Above my window covering in dining room area, I have spots that appear 2 different shades.?My kitchen floor trim is not completed in the northeast corner of my kitchen.?My upstairs bathroom ceiling was never painted.That following Tuesday evening of July 19, 2022, I spoke with the owner, ***************************, in person about these issues. We spoke about the issues I found. He stated that he would put me on the schedule then later that week, Thursday, informed me that the company would be back on August 18, 2022 to complete the job. Neither the owner nor any representative from the company contacted **** waited over 2 months then contacted ***************************, the owner of ***** Painting, LLC again on September 29, 2022. The owner, ***************************, stated to me that he would be at my home on Saturday,
