    Hello my name is *************************** I live in ********* and I purchased a car from Asia Motors in *******. The dealer promised me everything in the car was in working order and it came with a two week warranty.I bought the car and they shipped it to me. The car came to ********* with nothing but is***s.1. Brakes are faulty and ABS kicks one while driving making it dangerous.2. One of my passenger doors opens on its own.3. The car overheats and seizes 4. Etc Now I made all of these is***s known to the dealer just a few days after delivery ( to make my list of things to fix) so I would be within the warranty and he started ignoring me. When I threatened legal action he hung up. When I called back I got his manager and he's now accusing me of breaking my car. So pretty much he's ignored me til my warranty ran out not fixing the is***s that still existed. He offered to fix the door and overheating is*** after I threatened to *** but won't fix the main is*** of the brakes because he doesn't believe he should have to pay it. I want them to honor what they said they were going to fix and stop lying or give me my money back. I live on a fixed income taking care of my dying mother. I'm also a volunteer firefighter and have no way of responding to my station safely. I don't wanna get screwed because they want to be dishonest and be stuck with a car I can't fix. Thank you.

    I purchased a used service vehicle .on 08/10/22. I INHERITED an ELECTRICLE ISSUE. After multiple phone calls, Dealership will not return my calls and refuses to correct the issue with this vehicle. I have taken the car to be service elsewhere, as I could not drive it due to this issue. They CONFIRMED the dealership should have repaired the problem. $14 plus for the car and hundreds more to get it ROAD WORTHY.
