I've never gone to the BBB to post a review on a company before, but what this company is doing is so egregious, that I don't feel I have any choice. And if I could leave a zero star rating, I would. Just like the many others who have complained, I just noticed the $14.95 monthly charge to my credit card that has been going on for at least 18 months for some ridiculous rewards program that I would never knowingly join. Shame on me for not paying closer attention to my credit card statements, but it's one I don't use often so I just caught it. Once I figured out what LTD Perks even was on my statement, I came across all of the complaints and the request of the company to first go to them before submitting anything to BBB. So, I did. The call I just had with someone though, was insane. She indicated she would in fact cancel my membership. But when I asked how I was going to get a refund - which is at least $300 - she told me that was out of her hands and she could only do so much. So I asked if there was a phone number that I could call since it didn't sound promising to rely on the company calling ME to return my money. She then proceeded to tell me that she was having a bad day and I could choose to believe her or not. I told her I was very glad the call was being recorded and hung up and ended up at the BBB anyway to report. I have no idea if LTD Commodities will respond to this review, but I'll be emailing as well. And sadly, will never be buying from them again. If you choose to, be warned and watch your credit card statement.

We are very sorry you were unaware you signed up for the Perks program after you placed an order on 10/28/18. Per your request, your membership was cancelled immediately. You will see refunds to the credit card you used when you enrolled within 3-5 business days. We again apologize for the way your situation was handled and we hope you will reconsider shopping with us in the near future
