  I used 4 Exterior for the roof and gutters replacement. The owner ***** is very professional and easy to work with. The crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. ***** was on-site to supervise, monitor and review the work. Everything looks great and the crews cleanup was excellent. I absolutely recommend 4 Exterior for any roofing work. A 5-star service at a competitive rate.

  I hired ***** to replace some siding and windows. I really liked his attention to detail that is often hard to find. He provided a very detailed initial estimate, checked all the materials when they got delivered and made sure all the detailed steps got done correctly. For the siding project they replaced existing cedar with ****** boards / LP trim. They added some additional foam insulation to a couple bay windows that had always been cold because of the large amount of wood framing on the corners. They were very good about adding aluminum or copper flashing to every spot that needed it even though the existing cedar had basically none of what it was supposed to have. They left me with all of the extra materials from the project that I wanted so I have plenty of replacement wood / caulk / paint available if I ever need it. For the window project they helped me change window configuration and replaced all interior trim and ***** as well. They insulated the frame gaps from both inside and outside with foam which was nice. They were about 20% cheaper for the same windows than the popular Libertyville window retailer I also got a quote from, and ***** was personally on site for most of the job which you also don't get with a lot of contractors.

  4exterior replaced our roof, siding, fascia and gutters. They were upfront with material and color options, unlike others estimates, which allowed us to get a *********** with the best materials. Their estimate amount was easily the best among 5 estimates. ***** was very informative, personable and easy to work with.

  ***** was great to work with! He was super responsive, organized, efficient and his team completed a high quality roofing repair. He found areas of concerns that others missed and was able to quickly coordinate fixing them properly. Great service and at a competitive rate. I would highly recommend!
