    I paid $2,500 upfront for a coaching program with ****** **** **. (The Uncommon Dad) in good faith. I completed four sessions before unexpected life changes prevented me from continuing. I reached out multiple times to request a fair, partial refund for the unused portion. Mr. **** delayed the conversation, ultimately refused the request, and claimed the matter closed. I have not received a refund and would like the business to issue one based on unused services. I made every effort to resolve this respectfully and directly.

    To Whom It May Concern,
    This is in response to complaint ID ******** filed by ***** *********.
    Mr. ********* enrolled in a private coaching program with my company, Holistic Strength LLC, by paying a one-time fee of $2,500. Upon enrollment, he agreed to our clearly outlined no-refund policy, which is documented in writing and acknowledged by the client.
    Despite this, when Mr. ********* informed me of changes in his availability, I made multiple good-faith efforts to offer alternatives and meet to discuss options. He declined those efforts and instead filed a formal chargeback through his financial institution.
    That dispute process included all relevant documentation and was fully reviewed by his issuing bank, which ultimately ruled in my favor. The bank determined that I had upheld my obligations, and no refund was warranted. This ruling is final, and the transaction is now closed.
    As a small business owner, I take client satisfaction seriously and always aim to operate with fairness and transparency. However, I must also protect the integrity of my agreements and my business. Given the above, I consider this matter fully resolved and will not be issuing a refund.
    Should the BBB require any documentation submitted during the dispute process, I will gladly provide it upon request.
