  We are satisfied with the work provided by C&E Wurzer, who replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts damaged by a hailstorm on 2/27/2024. Brogan and Mike were outstanding, they clearly explained the damage to our roof from the hailstorm and provided a detailed estimate for the roof replacement. They kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. They worked well with the insurance’s adjuster and had everything covered. Billing was clear and accurate. The crews did well in replacing the roof, gutters, and downspouts. We appreciated their professionalism and expertise throughout the process. We would hire C&E Wurzer again for the future if needed, and recommend them to others. Thanh you, Brogan and Mike!

  Wurzer handled my claim and explained all work, worked with my insurance adjuster, and performed all work with no problems. Any questions or concerns were discussed in person which creates a good relationship.

  We are totally satisfied with the work provided by C&E Wurzer, who replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts that had been damaged by a hailstorm on February 27, 2024. ****** **** was outstanding as a Sales Representative. He asked the right questions to find the sight solution for us. **** worked constructively and cooperatively with our ********************* company's adjuster. The workers were professional and courteous. They did a great job and were conscientious about clean-up as well. The office staff worked with the insurance company to make the claim process smooth and easy. Billing was clear and accurate. Who could ask for more? Well, we called ****** last week to look at another problem, not related to the original job. He came over in a couple of days and checked it out. When I asked about the price, he said he would fix it right then and there . . . at no cost.

  Expediency is no issue with this company. Work gets done quickly.Great quality but if something needs attention, it gets handled to satisfaction. Our rep ***** was always very available, attentive, and honest. I'd use them again too.

  This company is awful. Do not use them. Had them do our roof, had leaks, called them 5x over 3 weeks, no response. Their written warranty says 7 day response. Its been a month and not one person has called me back
