    I called to get a quote on a collector car. He offered $250. I said I was offered over 10k. He said that I was full of shit! Very unprofessional and vulgar language. Never again will I use this company.

Based on our records, while you did contact Kelly Car Buyer, our notes indicate that we never provided a quote for your vehicle as it was determined to be incomplete. Our company has been in business for 17 years with a strong reputation built on professional customer service, and we have strict policies against the type of behavior you described. Our small family team consists of only myself, my mother, and my husband - we are the only representatives who speak with customers. We can assure you that none of us would ever use inappropriate language with a potential client. It appears there may have been confusion between our company and another car buying service you contacted. This unfortunately happens in our industry as customers often reach out to multiple companies in succession. We sincerely regret your negative experience and would be happy to discuss this matter further if you'd like clarity.     I am rejecting this response because: 

    The man that I talked to told me I was full of shit! ******** responded that it was her husband. Very nasty man! I will never support this company because of the way he talked to me. He shouldnt be answering the phone and disrespecting customers when he doesnt know what I was offering. I attached the pic of the car.
