    I move on February 2, 2023, into one his properties. 900 ******** University Pk, ** ***** I gave him first month's rent and deposit in the amount of $1,800. from the first day moving in this house I had numerous issues with this house I contacted him numerous times about the issue with that house I also went to the building code inspector may complaints about this house I also show them pictures of the issues with this house before I move in the house had to be inspect by the will county housing authority and also the village building code also has to inspect the house before I could move in once I notice different issue that was supposed to be repair which had base *** just did some boot leg fixing first it was the was an issue with both toilet start backing up water going everywhere in the house also the ceiling in everywhere in the house start have water spots in the top of the ceiling was leaking from it look like the ceiling was wet which it was also it would be days that the bathrooms toilet would have water in them and sometime the wouldn't so I had got in touch with will county housing by send them picture of the ceiling and the bathrooms and also i made a complaint to the building inspector about the issues and show them the pick of the house also they gave him thirty days to repair the problem which he would never have any that was professional work in the field of plumbing and heating to come and do any of the repairs it always be these so call maintenace guys that he hair to do the job instead of hire professional to come and do the repairs in the house I call a heater come out just to tell me why the house was so humidity and moisture in the house the kitchen floors which is tile was so sweaty which the walls in the hold house moist & sweaty include the ********* in the living room the heater guy state to me the house isn't correctly insulted and that's why it was so humid it felt like me and my kids was in a sauna that's hot would be in that house in the winter it would be so cold in the house we might while had slept outside the heater keep going out that I had call him numerous times to come fixes it and he would ask me why do I need heat when its warm out with that be said he never show up to repair the furnace at all I have text message state he was coming to take care of it never show up that house needs to be condemn the house just flood the day I came to move all my things out the whole kitchen floor was flood the bedrooms floors was soak and the living room the pile in the kitchen had come loose I have picture of the inside the house how it look when I first move in and I took pictures after I move out which I move out on 2/4/2024 my lease was up on 2/2/2024 and I also gave him a sixty day write notice that I also have copy of also the walls in the kitchen had water pockets' on the walls in the kitchen also in the second bathroom then paint so cheap it start melting on my coaches in the living room the ********* in the has was laid on top of the concrete floor with out put the insulation underneath it like I he is the worst landlord i have every dealt with I just want my deposit back its have been over thirty days seen I move out there know reason to take that long to do a move out inspection my next move is to contact me a attorney and show them what me and my kids went through with the picture and also I meant the tenant that use to live in the house before me and she explain to me how all the issues she and family went through with the house and how the landlord would target her kids saying they was causing the toilet to keep over flowing and saying that the was flushing clorox wipes the toilet the same thing he said about my kids this landlord full of BS. how can two different families move in a home and have the same issues and different kids at different ages although the same to flush clorox's wipes down toilet so it will clogged its a ****** learned that sometime its not to rent from your own people and I need my money back its always trying to mistreat people on fix income I'm on disability thank you
