    Roof payment made in Fall 2023, promised week prior to Thanksgiving 2023. No one contacted me to say it would not be done. Office was then closed for winter and did not respond to e-mails. Roof completed finally April 22, 2024. Crew damaged patio screen and glass door.Since then the owner Ector and ******* (daughter) **************** continually make promises and excuses as to replacing my door.I would not recommend them for roof replacement ever.

    EDP Construction replaced our roof and installed new gutters. I have been calling them for months to ask about the gutters not draining and flowing over the sides. The gutters are clean the service that cleaned the gutters said they are not level. The faulty installed gutters are causing damage to the roof and my paver patio also the sidewalk leading to the front door. I have left messages with no call back. I find this irresponsible and the insurance company is troubled to see the potential damage to the structure.

    I am sorry to hear that. But I don't know where are you calling because I have not receive any call from you and also I don't have any messages from you as well, also I checked my email and I don't have any emails from you. I Also contacted the sales rep. and he does not have receive any call from and he does not have any messages as well. ******, your work was completed in 2021 it has been more than a year and as I said it before we don't have any missing calls, voice messages, or any emails. In regards to this matter. I will be more than happy to send someone to take a look the gutters, you can contact ** via email at ******************************** or by phone at ************ so we can coordinate to stop by a take a look your gutters.

    I reject the business had not contacted me within the time frame you gave me to reply.

    I have been in contact with them since.  The issue has been explained and I am waiting on them

    I am rejecting this response because:  The company EDP neither answered the inquiry as to WHY since they replaced my gutters when it rains I have waterfalls coming over the edge.  That was not the case with the old gutters.  Then they said they would get back to menever have.  

    I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company.
