      My girlfriend spent over $1,700 in the Ulta store in Surprise, AZ on 11/19/25. One of the boxes she purchased had items missing, so she brought that box back on 11/20/25 for replacement. Long story short: They accused her of theft without valid cause, kicked her out of the store, alone, into the parking lot after dark, without immediate transportation. Fortunately, I was close by. I called Ulta corporate that night and asked for a follow-up. Its 11/28/25 and Ive yet to hear back

      They replaced everything that I ordered and this order is from October 22nd they replaced everything for the most part that I ordered and they also gave me a gift card which is amazing I didn't ask for any of that I just asked for a replacement self ****** and they went above and beyond and I appreciate that so much because it's really hard to find a company that cares

      Ulta sent me a package. They said they sent all of my items in one box but I only received two. They reship the rest of my items and I never get them. I escalated the situation and contacted Ontrac - nothing could be found. I live by homeless camps and I also never seen the box on my ring camera. So twice I didnt get my items and now I cant get a refund when I spent over 100$

      Usually I have great experiences with Ulta but this recent situation upset me. I had $148.50 in Ulta rewards points. Tried to place a buy online, pick up in store order in the app and also attached my ****** debit card to cover the rest. Clicked place order but it didnt seem to finalize because I never received the confirmation page and my items were back in my cart. Card was charged and all the points I had are gone and theres absolutely no order info or proof of order other than the charge on my ****** account. To top it off, Im told that I cant get it resolved for over 3 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous and according to others, a common issue I hadnt known about until it happened to me. This should either be fixed or a mass message to every member so we at least are aware to proceed with caution. I spend my hard earned money only to be faced with this? Absolutely not.

      Ordered my daughter a perfume for her birthday. We never received it, I reached out via phone and email. No resolution that was 11/4/25. They continue to give me the run around and I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing from them. They are scammers and not honest. Not good business at all I would not recommend

      I worked at this store for approximately two weeks before resigning due to overscheduling (I already work a full-time job & provided my limited availability), lack of management support, & an overall unwelcoming environment. To date, I have not received any compensation for the hours I worked. The ** assured me I would receive a live ********* am still waiting for it to come through. Also, my banking information was never collected, nor was the pay process explained, which raises concerns that my payroll was never properly set up. I do not believe Ulta has the proper information to even pay me, which is completely unacceptable. The worse part of the whole situation is I was very excited to work with makeup & the pubic again. I was very disappointed with my experience working at this store. Women of color would come in looking for shade matches & most associates were not helpful, or comforting. One associate made a guest feel so bad about her skin, she left noticeably upset. This was just one of the instances that was a deciding factor for me to part ways. Management is non-existent and the store is a disaster. The staff was un-friendly and unwelcoming as well.

      I have a gift card that I got for my birthday and I guess the gift card only has a six digit pin when its supposed to be eight I called Ulta. Theyve been giving me the runaround for almost a week already. Theyve said that I should be receiving a new gift card within 24 to 48 hours but theyve been giving me the runaround and I have not received any gift card replacement.

      I purchased a flat iron September 17 I reviewed there policy and it states you can exchange within 60 days but I could not at the store very misleading policy
