I ordered some at home Covid tests online on August 29,2021. I realized nothing had come by the middle of August so I called. They were out of stock. I asked for a refund. The girl said you'll eventually get it. A couple more weeks go by. I called the corporate office. The customer service was better and it truly seemed like I was getting somewhere. No! It is October 14th and I still have not had my money refunded! I will never purchase anything or buy online from this company ever again. I've left multiple emails to them. No response. I just want my money back!!!!!

DO NOT USE WALGREENS FOR COVID TESTING. Took my test at a Walgreens (*********************** in *******) on 10/9 at 4:00 pm. Results were received 76 hours later (Tuesday night 10/12). Obviously, these were of no use as you need a COVID test result within ************************************************************************* 64 hours. Called LabCorp and Walgreens multiple times. They are so incompetent that they cant even tell you where in process my test was.Since they have a **** rating, I doubt they even care. I would leave a ZERO if I could.

The Walgreens I went to for COVID Testing lost my sample and the Employee who answered my call was extremely Rude and hung up on me. This is the 2nd time this has happened at Walgreens in *******, **

It's been 18 days since I dropped my Rx off. I've spent hours in the drive through, in lines around the corner and on hold on the phone. Hours, just to find out if they got it and if it was filled. People were sitting on the floor around the corner from the pharmacy window. No drop off, no questioning, everybody has to wait to speak to a human. After an hour on hold my call was ended, twice. Go literally anywhere else.

I was humilated and treated sub human at walgreens s virginia *********************************************** that the pharmacy broke a hipaa law because a pharmacy worker yelled out that because I was prescribed controlled drugs (her words not mine) that I had to wait longer an hour and a half past 10 which was a lie . I reported that to store manager who told me to go ahead and call corporate (which I will) The pharmacist was the most toxic and I plan on contacting anyone I can because there was more than 2 of us that was sick of walgreen customer service

I ordered $63 worth of medication from Walgreens. They delivered gauze (i'm not an expert, but I believe it is less that $63 worth of gauze). I called the store and was transferred 5 times before speaking with someone. She told me that it was Doordash's fault, and I need to call them. The bad I received was closed with a label printed by Walgreens. I'm not sure what Doordash could have done differently. I then spoke with store manager *********************** who was less than helpful. I asked for her name, and she hung up after providing it to me.

I wish a no star review could be left. Because they are not open when they are scheduled to be open. Couldn't find out that they didn't have my father in laws medicine in stock until the third day he had already been out of it. Because they were closed all weekend and closed early the days before. So he has to be the one to suffer from their poor management. I can only imagine how many other people that are going through the samething.

The Walgreens app clearly states that there is no same day delivery fee to my address. Yet I was charged for it. The customer service rep gave me the run around and refused to refund that charge

I ave been tyrying to get an antidepressant presacription filled and shipped since Oct. 1st. It is Oct. 9th and I am still waiting. I was told on the 8th it would be shipped and get here Mon. Now I am being told it missed the pick up, will not be shipped until Mon. and I won't get it until maybe Wed. That's 2 weeks. I have been going throughh withdrawal, am sick as a og, depresion terrible. I would have checked for BBBtry to resolve this issue but I've wasted so much time in the phone only to get one answer. Basically, "Too Bad", I ***** to wait. If I jump out a winbdow before then I'm leaving my relatives directions to bring a wrongfull death suit against Walgreens because they couldn't get their pharmacy service straight.I would give 0 stars but the review required at least 1. Couldn't figure out how to give it a fraction of a star.

Online shopping. I paid more than $100. Walgreens provided nothing in return. Ive made 4 calls and each customer service agent provides no help, tells me a different story, and to call back later. I call back later and the cycle repeats.
