5 stars** is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and reliable people you will meet. I had a boiler go out on one of the coldest days this winter. ** came out ASAP to see what he could to get my heat running. There was a crack in the boiler that could not be repaired as it would not solve the issue permanently. A person with less integrity would have applied a temporary patch and charged more money to come back out when it failed. I priced another company (**'s suggestion). I already knew I was going with ** and *** but I checked just to see the pricing. Not only did ** beat the other company but the salesperson made the statement, "a smaller company can install it but if anything goes wrong you'll never get them back out here." I told him you don't know **. That alone let me know I was right all along. You will not find anyone as honest and reliable. ** always goes goes above and beyond. Thanks **!!!!!Review fromCarolyn B

5 starsI delayed writing a review for this company because I wanted to have sufficient time to express how impressed I am with the service I received. The technician (who is also the owner of the company) was knowledgeable, efficient, honest and personable. In short - - he was a lifesaver to me in a time of great need. My boiler was damaged by the July 2nd 2023 flood that impacted many ******* area residents. Adding to the problem, the early fall weather was unseasonably cold, and the demand for boiler repair or replacement exceeded technician availability. However, Around the Town Heating and Cooling came to my rescue. I had requested a replacement and was prepared to bear the cost, but instead, the technician removed the panel, took a brief look inside and confidently stated, "I can repair this." Each step in the process was explained, along with the receipt of several tips for self-maintenance. Within a couple of hours, my building had even better heat than before, and it is still going strong! I am a woman, and newly retired. I was given respect with no hint of condescendence for my gender, age, or intelligence. Around the Town Heating and Cooling will be my permanent service provider.Review fromEvangeline F

Hi my name is ********************** called Around Town Heating and Air Conditioning on a cold day without heat ** put me into his busy schedule the same day he came out and helped me figure out what was going on with my sisters furnace who is a senior and struggling with illness associated with having a stroke ** was so kind and caring I connected with him right away he went above and beyond to fix the problem and get her heat going right away it was a cold fall day and that meant a lot to me after having another company come by and collect a fee for observing the problem but never came back to fix it although I explained my sisters situation they kept making promises to return but never did Thanks to ** we have heat I feel like ** was a God-Send and I am so very happy I called his company! Thanks ****** look forward to doing business with you in the near future **********
