March 27, 2025 **** ******* dog daycare owner promise me and my dog would be safe and sound at her facility. That didnt happen my dog got mauled by a pit bull from front , side , and back. **** ( owner ) told me a lie that she separated the dogs right away, but clearly she didnt with the pictures that Im about to show you. She was the only person watching more than seven dogs that night on March 27, 2025 . That is all red flags being irresponsible on her part as an owner and for the safety of those dogs. She advertises on her website that her place is a safe environment and its Not! Her business needs to be investigated and let people know she lied especially to me as the consumer. She wasnt properly watching those dogs and this is what happened. Im so upset, sad , and disappointed. Please do some investigating on Cozy Pawz **********, **

I am **** ******* the proud owner of Cozy Pawz Accommodations since 2018. We have over 200 clients through the years and I can count on one hand the number of incidences we have had. ******* is a wonderful boxer mix  and was rescued by his family.  We had a meet and greet with my dog Echo and he passed the test for having no aggression. He was welcome to Cozy-Pawz. He stayed with us for seven days, and there were no incidences until the one with Nunuk. I dont know if it triggered something in ******* with Nunuks breed or his reserved play style. When the incident occurred, I was getting another dog ready to leave. When I got back into the daycare, I saw that ******* was biting Nunuk and I quickly did the wheelbarrow method on ******* to get him to stop. The standard in the industry is one person per 10 dogs and I was well within that. ***** signed the daycare contract on 11/2/24 that made her aware that these incidences have a possibility of happening. Dogs are animals and are unpredictable. Luckily we have not had too many incidences. ***** was very threatening with her texts to the other family to the point that the other family didnt want to get their information for fear of retaliation. Frankies parents paid the initial vet bill that although the pictures look scary they didnt use stitches for Nunuk. I believe Nunuk will be fine and he will be able to move on from this incident. I knew that ***** would be very upset about this incident because she was upset with another daycare because her dog came home with p*** on his ****. I could tell that if something like this happened, she would exaggerate the issue and do whatever she could to get back at the other family and my business. Usually a ******** has an initial visit in a follow up. She was saying that he had multiple doctor visits after the initial one. The family agreed to pay for the usual and customary Vet bill of the initial and one follow up. Not once have I ever had anybody go to the BBB on me we hope Nunuk recovers quickly.
