The flight that I had booked with the Polish Airlines was cancelled. An ****** man by a supposed name of ******************************* pretended to be working for the Polish Airline contacted me and offered to help me reschedule my flight. He said there was a price difference in the flight fare which amounted to $378.98 that I had to pay in order to rebook. It was all a lie as he works for Travel Support Desk. I didnt realize till I took a closer look at the email. Upon further investigation the airline assured me that there was no change in flight fare due to cancellation. This company is a lying fraudulent entity trying to collect payments for supposed services.

I had missed a flight due to a personal issue and had to make it across the world with very little time to spare. While attempting to call Virgin ************************* I somehow was rerouted to Travelsupportdesk.com.While the gentleman was nice on the other end, I was under the impression he worked for Virgin Atlantic. He assured me my missed flight was credited and that in order to book a new flight he needed to charge me a fee of $1530.61 on top of the flight. This was because it was "such a last minute flight." I could have just booked my flight on the airline website but was so freaked out and nervous and cannot help but feel taken advantage of. This is criminal, highway robbery. No accredited travel agency would ever do this.

After a serious skiing accident on February 1st 2023, we had an urgent need to return to *********, In contact with travelsupportdesk.com. we authorized an exchange of fare from our *** booked ticket to a ** flight for $3750: the e-ticket would arrive in 6 hours. No ticket arrived so we called back, we were informed that this fare wasn't available and we had to pay more. We should have been suspicious when the agent said these were the last 2 seats on the Feb 3rd flight with no seats on the 4th or 5th. Eventually tired, stressed and injured we agreed. We were charged $10852 ** for our 2 pax flight, *** to ***, which on the ** website was correct. They also charged $4000 ** for various fees and taxes: ** Transportation tax, Fuel surcharge, Aus passenger service charge, International surcharge, 9/11 Security fee, ** Passenger Facility Charge. On return to SYD we checked our Visacard and note the ticket fare was drawn by United but $4K was drawn by travelsupportdesk. ** reservations have since informed us they do not charge fuel surcharge and that all fees and taxes are included in the ticket price. Despite email requests we are yet to get a response from travelsupportdesk.com to our queries. We believe this company also operates as ****************** and 247traveltechinc.com. In various ****** searches their key staff, address, phone numbers and websites have, at some time, been identical. One complainant (01/11/2023) on BBB ****************** site notes the weblink as "travelsupportdesk"We believe Travelsupportdesk preyed on our maturity and stress due to the accident.Ours is not the only story of seemingly fraudulent practice with this *** which I believe is at least 3 companies. There are multiple complaints on many review sites of overcharging, multiple debits from credit cards, failure to return refunds, original fares offered no longer being available forcing the customer to re-book at a much greater cost due to urgent travel needs.

Multiple transaction dates: 7/10/21 & 6/28/22.The merchant sold me a ticket to ****** online with 1 year voucher credit of value $876.81. I canceled my flight with advance notice to the merchant and a letter from my doctor due to ****** being on high alert for COVID and my medical condition of suffering from asthma. On 6/2022 I contacted the merchant trying to use the voucher he promised me to travel again to my homeland. The merchant charged me an additional $722.81. Total amount of $1599.62. Out of that amount the merchant pocketed $448.15 in commissions which he never disclosed. My 2021 ticket with American Airlines cost $655.26 and I debited by Discover card; however the merchant paid the airline by check. In 2022 my extended (due to voucher) ticket cost $******. Due to staff shortage the airline changed the terms of my 2022 flight from direct ************-****** to connecting ************-*******-****** as well as the travel times. Because of the flight alteration the airline promised on 8/11/22 to refund me the full value of my ticket for $1101.47. The airline stated it will credit my Discover card for ****** (refunded) and will refund $655.26 to the merchant with the same form of payment the merchant paid the airline; check. The airline refunded $655.26 to the merchant on 8/18/2022 but the merchant has been ******** me and refuses to refund my Discover card stating they did not receive the airline's refund of $655.26 This merchant is fraudulent and scrupulous. I have spoken to multiple call operators including the one who sold me the ticket by the name "******" They all have an Indian accent but they give American names: ******, *****, ****, ***** those are some of the reps I have talked to. Each time I call they have a different excuse to not give me my refund; they promise they are "on it" and ask me to wait ***** hours; They are checking with accounting; that I need to wait for 1-2 billing cycles; last I spoke with supervisor *****
