The product that this company used on my car did not protect the paint from fading, the loss of gloss and the suns UVRay damage. I am trying to get my car fixed and they told me they will not fix it because it was my fault that my car is fading on the trunk. The claims manager ***** is very rude and seems to lie about their products. She said that the pictures I sent were of the paint peeling off the trunk and the gloss is still on there. Ive had it checked in person by a few car dealers one of them that I bought the car from and they all said it was definitely sun damage and the gloss of the paint has came off. I spent ****** on their product and they will not come out and fix it. Been trying to file a claim through the company and they refuse to fix it at all for free even though I still have a 7 year warranty with the company. I bought my car brand new at ********* in ********** **** and I had that product put on my car 6 years ago and still have 1 more year left. I deserve to have my car fixed and repainted with the treatment spray put on over it.

Customer sent pictures and it looks like some kind of product was spray on vehicle spoiler and ate through the clear coat and paint. Spray is obvious cause of damage customer called about the same damage 6-7 times looking for a different answer. **************** was very kind and not rude to customer.
Customer was not happy with same answer.
