On June 29, 2018 we purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica minivan from Napleton of *****************. As part of the purchase we paid $1650 for "The Treatment". "The Treatment" includes protection and sound proofing that is added to the car, and, a 5 year surface corrosion and 10 year rust perforation warranty. One of the door panels on our vehicle is now rusting. On June 6, 2024 we were told to directly contact "The Treatment" by Napleton of ***************** using the contact info which is shown on the back of the warranty document from "The Treatment". June 6, 2024 I called "The Treatment". They verified my warranty registration (# *****). They said they would email me a claim form. It took me calling twice more (June 10 and June 11, 2024) before I was finally emailed the form on June 12, 2024 After reviewing the claim form I called "The Treatment" again to clarify exactly what they needed in the claim response and that emailing it back to them was acceptable. I emailed the completed claim form with everything they said was essential back to them June 12, 2024. Since June 12, 2024 I have reached out to "The Treatment" via email and phone calls a total of 6 times asking where is the response to my claim. Although I have been in communication with many people at "The Treatment" (spelling could be wrong ...*****, *****, ************************) and I am always told someone will respond... no one has responded to the claim for 2 months.

Not sure what exactly you are asking for here.  I attached the original warranty document along with the claim form that "The Treatment" sent me and I completed and sent back to them.  "The Treatment" received these, and other supporting documents, on June 12, 2024.  After months of not being able to get a response today I was contacted by The Treatment.  They asked that I go out and get an estimate to have the rust on my car repaired.   I did that, emailed it to them (estimate from a place called Autokrafters), and they responsed with an email saying "this email will serve as authorization for repair in the amount of $1283.80 payable to Autokrafters".    There is an appointment to drop the car off at Autokrafters Sept 30, 2024 and they estimated at least 4 days to perform the body work.  So overall this now seems to be moving forward.

I purchased my vehicle 6/2022 and at the dealership, this company service offered a paint treatment and warranty. It cost $995. This year in 2024, I noticed the paint on my vehicle peeling. I called the dealership, and they said the treatment received offers a warranty on my paint job. Per the instructions of my warranty contract, I filled out the contract, provided photos, and an estimate. My damage is not due to the factors excluded in the warranty. It is environmental (hard rain) and not due to hitting a stone or anything done by me. I would like them to payout on my estimate to fix the paint, or pay me the warranty money back that I invested in their treatment that is supposed to prevent dulling and chipping. Her explanation to me was "our product is good, so we will not be fixing your paint." Under that logic, no payouts would ever occur. She states there must have been a manufacturing problem. If this is the case, their product could and should have sealed and helped prevent rusting or fading/chipping. I believe it expedited any problem.
