      I bought an item from a user on **********************, and they used safe shipping. The item was lost in shipping, and Reverb insisted that I would be covered. They changed their story and said the seller did not use safe shipping, and they keep deferring me to an agent that does not respond to emails. This used to be a good company before Etsy bought them. Everybody knows Etsy are scammers. Horrible.

      I have not received my funds from a sale that totaled close to ******************************************************************************************* to talk to a real person. Im at a loss of 1300 all because I did not update my bank information. After noticing the error and fixing it almost a month ago I have still yet to receive the funds. The company keeps telling me it will be one to two business days after asking the automated chat day after day but still no funds have come to me.

      Hello , I bought a guitar amp on reverb. The first day i received the amp , i plugged it in to try it and noticed it wasnt working right . I contacted the seller that same day to make him aware of this and he responded in an obnoxious way telling me i was lying . I then contacted reverb help. They claim to offer "buyer protection". ?? You can only contact them now first through a robot then via chat ( used to be able to contact them by phone) . Reverb buyer protection failed . I kept getting emails about my case over and over again telling and asking me the same questions. It seems they have no idea how to protect a buyer and seem to avoid dealing with you. It turns into a circular grift , telling you to keep waiting . I got sick of this and luckily pursued an intervention from paypal who were able to get my refund very quickly. I had sent reverb a very clear video of this amps malfunction through the chat app.. They then told me to send it to the seller through reverb messenger . You can not send videos through the messenger. Not sure if reverb US support is now off shore and language is an issue . Reverb has gone downhill and needs to get their act together. I would strongly advise anyone using reverb to be sure and purchase using paypal

      This site is a joke. We bought an instrument that had been listed for 5 months with over 15 offers. Right off the bat, the seller contacted me and ask to pay outside of Reverb, when I said no, they kept stalling me on a shipping date. I eventually had to get a refund. The seller listed the item again, and Reverb will not allow me to post seller feedback because the transaction was refunded. I asked them how come the seller was allowed to re-list the item and do this to someone else. They didn't really have an answer.

      I put 1 star so I can say this,,,,,I stumbled on reverb web site as I was looking for something else..it caught my because I have two reverbs that ************** put out in the 1960s and G/M put them in the trunk ((you had to special order them ,,back then )).anyway I seen you can sell on their site .I read their policy s ,,selling ,,the buyer , protection ,ECT.it all sounded like a tite run ship.i was thinking about selling on reverb,,but i thought,,,let me see if they are legit everything looked ok until I came to the BBB. AND heard all the negative complaints..looks like I won't be doing selling on reverbs site .thank you all ************ <> *******,

      If I could give a no star review I would. Was trying to list for the first time ever a Fender Amp. I wasted 30 minutes chatting with two employees who each hung up on me because they couldnt answer my questions regarding shipping. One employee told me to over price the amp to compensate for any shipping cost shortages that *** occur. That is dishonest and doesnt help me selling at a reasonable price and certainly wont encourage a buyer to be interested in a unreasonably high price. After reading other reviews, Im not sure how this company stays in business.

      Your credit card gets billed immediately. Then the web site states cannot process your order due to payment difficulties. What is not immediate is the hour or better you will wait for a representative on their help line. Hang up. No one is coming. You ************ your money to REVERB.

      Reverb isn't paying out sellers with their scam PLAID system. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit against them. More & more people are starting to report missing payouts to sellers on Reverb starting around mid 2023. Get on it, BBB. This company is scamming people out of their money!

      I have been a loyal and responsible seller for over 3 years now with nearly 300 5 star reviews. I was suspended out of nowhere without notice or reasoning as to why. Their customer support refuses to communicate with me (they claimed they would in 72 hours) and now it has been 2 full weeks. This is outrageous

      Being forced money out of my bank account because of a refund. Reverb biases heavily on the buyer, there is virtually no seller protection. Item is sold as-is and is sold as described with multiple pictures/angles. Reverb is still telling me to refund customer because it is not as described its completely false, I would refund an item, only if it was broken. Which it isnt. Im still being forced to refund an item that is in WORKING CONDITION. My integrity is being leveraged because the buyer doesnt believe the used condition is the same quality that I labeled it as, its a vintage item that I labeled as excellent condition. It literally is in excellent condition, its not mint and not in poor condition. Buyers remorse kicked in and now Im paying the price for it.
