    They came and moved a sofa, did not have proper tools to remove the sofa legs, so decided to squeeze it through the door frame and scratch it all up, when they could have just asked me for a deep screwdriver. Then they said they will fix the door and frame, but the guy they said they will send keeps flaking on me. It’s been 2 weeks and they are horribly unresponsive. Don’t use them.

    In July 2023, I hired OnDemand to move my belongings from ******* to *******. I requested that they be stored until my new home was available for move-in and scheduled the delivery of my items for October 7, 2023. Upon receiving my belongings, I found that one of my chests and a 42-inch television had been damaged. I informed CEO ********************* who directed me to file a damage claim form. He said that it would take at most 30 days, as stated on their website.After submitting the claim form in November 2023, I had to follow up with OnDemand several times as I had been waiting for a response for several weeks. On January 2, 2024, OnDemand informed me that they were unable to open and read the form I had submitted in PDF format. This was a significant setback, adding to my mounting frustration. I was required to send the form a third time and subsequently requested confirmation of receipt. After several email follow-*** expressing my disappointment and threatening to contact the ************************** I received a response from **** on February 15, 2024, stating that he would personally resolve the matter.**** informed me that movers are required to set a standard rate that applies to all shipments, regardless of the value of the goods, as personal effects and household goods vary widely in value and in their susceptibility to damage. He offered me a settlement of $125, which I accepted, thinking that a check would be sent. On March 22, I received an email stating that a check had been sent. I responded immediately, stating that I had not received anything from them. I asked that the original check be canceled and that they inform me when they re-send a new check. I followed up with an inquiries on April 19 and April 29. I called them on May 2 and was told that someone would follow up with **** am still waiting to receive a call or a check. I strongly advise against using their services and would not recommend OnDemand to anyone.
