This is by far the WORST company out there. I have gotten no where with them. Beware, they quoted me for WC with 4 employees at 121,000 payroll, I have the emails to prove what was quoted. When they did my actual policy, the premium was the same, but they lowered my payroll to 50,000! How do 4 employees make 50,000 a year total?? Also, I excluded my husband, but they did not actually exclude him! I have the COI showing that the officers are excluded, but they say just Im excluded, and not my husband. Needless to say, at audit time, after I paid my yearly premium in full, I was told I owe an ADDITIONAL $ 20,000! For a small electrical company with 4 employees! When I asked my case manager about this, I was told to just pay the additional money and they would fix it at renewal! So pretty much, since I was half way thru my 2nd year, they wanted me to psy upwards of $40,000 because they messed up and could not be bothered to help me! Needless to say, Im screwed right now and they are 100% useless! Stay far away! And I have the emails as proof and they dont care! And I was talking to one guy and told him who originally helped me. He said he did not know the guy, but had heard a bunch of stuff about him! URGH!!
