Refund and Exchange Policy

There is a no refund policy for tax returns accepted by the IRS. If the IRS does not accept a tax return for any reason, all efforts shall be made to successfully submit the tax return to be ultimately accepted. In the very rare circumstance that the IRS doesn’t accept a tax return after all reasonable efforts have been exercised, the client shall be issued a full refund. If a mistake is made on the tax return after being accepted by the IRS, an amended return shall be filed if the mistake has a material impact on the tax return or if the IRS demands an amendment. The amended tax return shall be free of charge if the mistake was made by the firm. The amended return shall cost 70% of the total original return price if the mistake was made by the client (i.e. incorrect information was provided by the client).
