I've blocked every number that comes in from this grimey debt collector, but they just use a different number every time. They calll multiple times a day. I'm trying to run a business, so I have to pick up. They are costing me time, and money. I've told them to stop calling, but they continue to call. I have my attorney on this inaccurate debt, but I wanted to file a formal complaint again. My number needs to be removed from their listHarris & Harris, Ltd. Response

Harris and Harris limited can't be bothered to check whether the debtors they're sicced on have changed their phone numbers to ditch the harassment. I found this out when I called them for the numbers of the loans they claimed I owe. The receptionist then went on to state my phone number's previous owner as the debtor. Know that you can mail them a cease and desist order once you have the loan numbers for any debts they're harassing you over and the name of the individual issuing the unwelcome contact (the agent will identify themselves when they blow up your phone). Ignoring it will open them to litigation - look up "Harris and Harris limited harassment" to get a template for the order. At least one law firm explicitly lists them as an entity to *** for such behavior.Harris & Harris, Ltd. Response

*********************************************** employee ****************** is rude and *****. I asked her the daily interest rate for a debt, and she told me she did not know. I responded that I understood that, being an employee, she probably would not know, but her company should have given her that information, which was not her fault. She began telling me she did tell me the interest rate, but she only told me the annual interest rate, which was 12%. ******* continued to cut me off and argue about what I understood that she did not know. Finally, I agreed to pay regardless, and when she gave me the amount of the later payment, it was only a two-cent difference. We argued over two pennies. Harris's company should provide employees with information about how much interest they charge daily to their employees, and ******* should stop being *****, argumentative, and disrespectful.Harris & Harris, Ltd. Doesn't listen to your request. Doesn't call you back during via phone options, even if you submit your number. If you try to explain your fine statement, you will get hung up. Changing jobs has been nothing but expensive, with no pay incentive. Getting fined for missing a toll payment that got sent to your previous home mailbox is nothing but frustrating. Considering I paid all the other tolls from the other states I traveled through. This toll had their fine done online only. The fine gets loaded at least 30 days after it's occurrence, with no notice.Harris & Harris, Ltd. Response

They are harrasing me. I have no medical debt, I have no debt at all besides the basic small amount on a few credit cards. Its an automated line and I never get to talk to anyone. They have sent nothing certified mail and I have no idea why they are calling. I have near 800 credit score if these scam artist post anything to my credit I am sueing them!!!!2+ months of trying to get ahold of them to see what wrong information they have and I have ye to be able to talk to a real person. No wonder they keep getting sued... Scum of the earth like most lawyers.Harris & Harris, Ltd. Response

First contact I ever got from them was 4-1-24 through a text. never heard of them before nor have I gotten anything from them. Seems like after I got the text I now get ***** random numbers calling while Im at work. I have yet to receive a bill. After explaining to them today, Im not paying the bill if I havent had an actual bill mailed to me. I dont know a single person that pays a bill that they dont actually know about or have. The collector got rude with me and asked me if I needed it because I needed it to be ACHd. None of her business how I was going to pay.then told me the bill was sent out 4-1-24 then proceeded to blame the post office for possibly losing it. After asking for them to possibly send it to me thru email, now all of a sudden they need to get an itemized copy from the company I Owe. Seems like they dont actually have a bill and is just making this a game of cat and mouse. This company seems pretty sketchy to me at this point and I think Im going to look into a lawyer.Harris & Harris, Ltd. Response

Hi! I am ******, and I am typing this complaint against Harris& Harris. This was Friday, and only the tape recorded part about the number was on there. My husband and I dont owe any debt of the medical kind. There is so much fraud out there, that I could sue/ win cases against these incest/ religious groups that dont pay their bills. I left a message to call me on my cell. I would give you zero stars if I could. Someone makes up bogus charges. My husband is listed in Whos Who in America -Finance. Ironically, his employer encourages ****** groups to wipe out any surplus we get from the stock market. I got a fake **************************************************** ????. No wonder I complain about Jews the card was empty, btw. Your company should be shut down. Thank you, ******Harris & Harris, Ltd. Response

I received several phone calls from persons posing as the Harris and Harris Law firm. One rep wanted my full 9 digit social security number, and gave what may have been an address, close to the Real Harris and Harris law firm. I called the Real Law firm. I was told I wasnt in their database. Thankful I did my homework.Harris & Harris, Ltd. Response

I have recieved a text from Harris and Harris, it says that I owe money for ***********, It looks like a scam and i looked up the website and it doesent show any other info then the amount i owe, i find it really hard that i missed to pay because i have EZpass and I use it for everything.
