Bait and switch. Sent in a 3 year old laptop, self-evaluated as good condition, website estimated $68 for the unit. They emailed, saying that the laptop was in poor condition - low battery performance, cracked keyboard, twisted screen. Said they would give me $30, I could ask for a re-test, or get it shipped back to me. I replied that the unit did not have twists or cracks as shipped, and was operating fine. I sent pictures of the unit as shipped, and asked for a re-test. A couple of days later, they sent me a note saying here's your $30, we're done. No details of a re-test, no offer to get the laptop back.

The business contacted me, and indicated that there was a miscommunication. They have paid an additional $38, and were reasonable to work with in addressing my complaints. So, I need to change my one star to four stars.
