This is by far the worst warranty company I have ever dealt with. If you get a customer service agent on the phone named Jose hang up and call back he has probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACTS. WE HAVE SENT A FOUR-MONTH OLD REPAIR ORDER WITH AUTH # SEVEN TIMES, MADE FOUR PHONE CALLS TO COLLECT PAYMENT, TO BE TOLD ITS BEING FAXED WITHIN THE HOUR, AND NEVER RECEIVE IT. YOU CALL IN, AND YOU ARE LEFT ON HOLD FOR A MINIMUM OF 45 MINUTES, ALL THE WHILE THE WAIT TIME INCREASES WITH EACH PROMPT, AND STILL NO RESOLUTION!

Worst warranty ever!!!!! Do not get a warranty with this company. My transmission went out and it was still under warranty yet they denied my claim because i had an **** sticker in my window. If you need to put a claim in with this company make sure you remove all ****, **** and ect. stickers. The customer service line representatives were also confused about information i was asking regarding my situation. They were completely clueless to what the policies were. The wait time for a manager was a call back that takes 2-4 hours. Never again will i give this company my business. If I could leave 0 stars that would have been my rating.

Worst warranty company I've ever wasted my money on. Don't buy! Their brochure I realized was printed in 2010 but sold to me in 2017 and won't cover a single word that is not printed exactly.

My experience is horrid, absolutely the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. My car had a transmission failure. well within the warranty I purchased. It has been 1 week since the claim and they still have done nothing, the repair is under review. In the mean time because the repair is not authorized I can not even get the rental car provided for in the contract. Just want to scream as i am without a vehicle to get to work or doctor appointments . I do not recommend this warranty service for anything. They should be ashamed of themselves

STAY AWAY!!! “Customer service” is untrained, unhelpful and not all on the same page. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get parts approved for my air conditioning, and after transferring to several different people finally got them approved. There was supposedly a note put in my file stating the approved parts. When I called the dealership to let them know, they called back after being told the parts were not approved and talked to a different person. The note was never written in my file, and the dealer was told that those parts were not covered. Parts that are clearly stated in the warranty to have been covered were being denied. The dealer was told they would not cover a condenser, but when I read the paperwork, a condenser is clearly listed as one of the parts that is covered. Save your money. Do not go through the headache of getting this warranty. This company is terrible. They are classic scam artists who cover a few parts, but make you fight for them, and the parts needed to connect the parts that are actually covered are not covered. (I.E. They cover the condenser and compressor, but do not cover the hoses, lines, or even the bolts necessary to replace it.) Just imagine your insurance company paying to replace your roof, but not paying for the tar paper, nails or gutters. This “warranty” is a HUGE waste of money.

My extended warranty on my ******* is still in effect. I put in a claim to the Warranty Group. My friend paid the bill in advance because the Mechanics couldnt reach this Warranty Group . So he paid for the bill upfront and I then put in a claim. Never heard a word from them. Customer service doesn't exist with this company. Now, I owe my friend over 800 dollars. This warranty is useless if you cant use it!

We have been a ****** family for decades. Our current Camry is our third. We purchased it from I - 95 ****** in Brunswick .We also purchased extended Warranty coverage. We have taken good care of our vehicle. Done the routine maintenance on schedule. We started to notice what felt like the transmission slipping once in a while. When it became more noticeable we decided to take to be serviced. We called the warranty group to ask if it was alright to take it to our preferred mechanic. We were told it was fine to do that as long as he was certified. He is ,has been for years. After he serviced it we noticed no improvement. So we decided to bring it into the dealer since we have the extended coverage. When we contacted the warranty company we were told that we had voided the warranty by taking it to our mechanic. The technician at ****** said the wrong oil and too much was put into the transmission. We just don't believe that is the case. The local service manager Keith has tried to help us but with little results. We are hoping that corporate might have more influence with the warranty group. We feel we have followed the rules. We did comply with the directions we received only to find out later we were misinformed. We don't feel it is fair that we need to suffer the financial loss because we were given incorrect information. We expected better treatment from a company that is associated with ******.

just stealing your money. Car dealerships that prompt users to buy this are crooks as well
