Purchased warranty on ******** **** ********* golf gloves. Have worn through the palm of the gloves. Made a claim to *******, whom the warranty is issued through, and nowhere was there anything saying that the items may need to be returned. Received and email from ******* saying now the items need to be returned in order to be issued new gloves. I am a professional golfer and go through gloves quickly when playing daily: 8 to 10 hours/day. Claim was put in before going on a golf tournament trip, there was nothing about keeping the glove to be returned, so opened a new glove for the tournament and the old gloves were thrown away. Now ******* is saying they will not uphold the warranty. Talked to Trish, manager at *******, ID ******* whom informed me that there's nothing they can do and I am out the money for the warranty and/or receiving the gift cards for the two new gloves. I bought an extended warranty with my 2015 Ram 1500 vin ******************  I called the warranty company on Friday 2August19 to inform them that I was taking my truck to the shop to have the following items fixed: crusie control, parking brake, and the plexiglass that cover the speedometer. The shop informed me that as of 7August19 that the warranty company has not approved the repair. Secondly, the warranty company has denied the plexiglass covering the speedometer because it is not mechanical but cosmetic, however I cannot see the speedometer due to the cracks and I bought a bumper to bumper warranty which would cover everything minus wear items.

We purchased an extended warranty with ******** ***. Our motorcyle became inoperable on Sunday, May 19, 2019. The HD shop tried to contact them and realized they were closed on Sunday. Per the contract, when closed, we are contact them and file a claim the next business day. We did just that. We submitted the claim the next day, on Monday, May 20, 2019. They said it was unauthorized, to which we had to remind them of their own contract words regarding the next business day when closed. We called them 4 weeks from the original claim submission and they stated they were processing our claim. 7 weeks after the claim was submitted, they suddenly could not find the claim, even though they said it was being processed at 4 weeks. We are now at 10 weeks and the claim is "still in review" with no other information to follow.

I filed a travel protection claim in May for my flight from Cincinnati to Punta Cuna, DR via ******** Airlines.The time to destination was delayed by more than 6 hours due to issue on one of the segments. ******** ****** declined the claim. ******** Airlines rerouted my wife and I after more than 3 hours of delay in one of segment, which caused us to miss the connecting flight to Punta Cuna on that day, to arrive in Punta Cuna on next day earlier (still more than 6 hours of delay). ********* ****** did not consider the trip delay in total, but singled out the first segment that caused the entire trip to be delayed for another day, and rejected the claim as we did not wait for 6 hours before we accepted airlines's rerouting (that still delayed the trip for more than 6 hours). In talking with the ******** ****** manager Emily, she said since we did not actually pay directly for the insurance, they would not accept the claim. I purchased this companies extended warranty when I purchased my brand new UTV at ******** *********** in Slidell, LA. I recently had a issue with my UTV's reverse chain braking so I referred to my extended warranty because my manufacture warranty had expired. I followed all the steps to have my UTV repaired per the Extended Warranty however they failed to repair my UTV. The warranty reads as follows: After the expiration of Your Manufacturer’s New Vehicle Warranty and if your vehicle is within forty (40) miles of the Selling Dealer, you must deliver your vehicle to the Selling Dealer at the address shown on the front of this extended service agreement. If your vehicle is more than forty (40) miles from the Selling Dealer, call First Extended Service Corporation for instructions before you deliver your vehicle to a repairing facility. My car would not start when it did their was knocking and smoke a lot of it took it to shop it should be covered under my warrenty but sence it broke a piston and a engine would cost more than the limit liability they had me fax record of oil changes not that I did they want me to pay for the values to be checked to see if there is slug. I don't have the money they are supposed to repair that's why I paid for a top warrenty my deductible is only 250 that's all I should pay .

Warranty company will not provide rental car while repairs are made on my car that is covered under warranty. I just started a new job and cannot miss a day of work if I want to keep my job. The service reps were very rude and giving me the run around. I asked for a corporate number and was told it doesn’t exist. It is pathetic that people spend thousands of dollars on a warranty and can’t get authorization for a rental for 1 day so they can go to work and provide for there families.

On February 22, 2019 my 2013 **** S4 was deemed a total loss. **** provided a payoff of 27,497.74. My insurance company ***** **** covered the value of 25,589.51 a difference of 1908.23. I made a total of 1375.68 in car payments after the loss which ******** Gap refused to close the gap and pay. When I called I was told that there is no responsibility from ******** Gap because they don't pay my warranties when they haven't paid any monies instead they keep hiding behind the other warranties for the mechanical repair and prepaid maintenance agreements amounts sent back to my lender which have NOTHING to do with them. ******** asked for proof of the information so they wouldn't have to pay anything. Nobody is asking them to pay warranties. That was already paid and ******** shouldn't get to relieve themselves of the responsibility of closing the GAP between the value and the balance owed on the loan. This company continues to call me and say they are part of "my current car warranty..." when I have no such warranty with them. I am on a do not call list and also tell them not to call my number as they are telemarkers and I continue to receive calls from them. When I get a person and refuse to give them my car info even though they "identify themselves as MY CAR WARRANTY PROVIDER" they hang up if I request to speak to someone for do not call violation.
