Purchased warranty on ******** **** ********* golf gloves. Have worn through the palm of the gloves. Made a claim to *******, whom the warranty is issued through, and nowhere was there anything saying that the items may need to be returned. Received and email from ******* saying now the items need to be returned in order to be issued new gloves. I am a professional golfer and go through gloves quickly when playing daily: 8 to 10 hours/day. Claim was put in before going on a golf tournament trip, there was nothing about keeping the glove to be returned, so opened a new glove for the tournament and the old gloves were thrown away. Now ******* is saying they will not uphold the warranty. Talked to Trish, manager at *******, ID ******* whom informed me that there's nothing they can do and I am out the money for the warranty and/or receiving the gift cards for the two new gloves. I am hoping you can help me with this situation since money is tight because I have to pay for al

This is by far the worst warranty company I have ever dealt with. If you get a customer service agent on the phone named Jose hang up and call back he has probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
