T** transaction began on July 19, 2023, and last contact I had with ****** at Action Auto Rebuilders was on April 13, 2024. I paid $480.00 with my **********. According to my receipt, this payment was for a new Battery, Switch, and labor for Ignition Switch R*R. DISPUTE: I took my vehicle to t** body shop to have t** bumper fixed because someone hit my car while it was parked outside of my parents house. T**y did a horrible job on t** bumper. I gave it a one star review on ****** (I will include my ****** review from one year ago, as a supporting document). I NEVER gave anyone permission to repair t** Ignition Switch. After all, t** Ignition Switch was not broken. I only paid t** bill because t**y said t** work was done * I wanted t**m to give me my car back. I did explain to ****** and t** ot**r mechanic, t**y were not supposed to touch my Ignition Switch but, t**y didnt seem to care as long as t**y could get paid. Whatever else t**y did to t** car while it was t**re, caused coils to fall down, t** car to scrape t** ground, and a loud noise. Eventually, t** car had to go to anot**r shop. I had t** battery examined by anot**r mechanic, who told me I needed a new Battery because t** one Action Auto gave me was no good. I returned t** Battery to ****** * ** said ** would call me, but didnt give me any money or new Battery. He did say, I have to see what t**y are going to do. Who is t**y? I gave him my money, not t**y. He never called. Action Auto Rebuilders clearly took advantage of a female who requested body work * not mechanic work. T**y created problems with t** car that werent t**re before it went to t** shop. T**y lied and ignored me w**n I tried to resolve this matter a year ago. I really did not expect to be ignored for so long.
