    i have used car dealer in ********** / CA I WORK WITH CARS.COM FOR MORE THEN 10 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUE. FROM 4 MONTHS AGO HALF OF MY INVENTORY WAS NOT INLINE OR ONLINE WITH OUT PICTURES I CONTACT MY REP ***** AND REQUEST FOR ADJUSTMENT ON MY **** . SHE WAS LIKE NO I CANNOT ADJUST THE ***** THEN MY **** FROM $900.00 JUMP TO $1350.00 I CALL AGAIN AND SHE SAID IF YOU SIGN THE NEW CONTRACT WE BRING IT DOWN TO $1000.00 WE AGREE ON THAT. AND WE ADJUST THE **** ON NEXT MONTH. SHE NEVER SEND ME ANY NEW CONTRACT AND I CALL HER AGAIN SHE SAID SHE WILL DO IT AND SHE WILL HAVE APPROVAL FROM HER MANAGER. I WAS LIKE YOU SAID YOU HAVE APPROVAL THAT WAY WE AGREE SHE SAID NO AND SHE WILL CALL ME BACK. AGAIN SHE DIDNT AND WHEN I CALLED HER SHE WAS LIKE I SEND NEW CONTRACT BUT I CANT ADJUST THE PREVIOUS MONTHS. I WAS LIKE NO THIS IS NOT ACCEPTED AND I NEED TO TALK TO YOUR MANAGER. ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU DIDN'T YOUR JOB AND PLAY AROUND. SHE SAID OK I ASK MY MANAGER TO CALL ME . THEY NEVER DIDI UNTIL LAST WEEK SOME ONE CALLED AND HE SAID HE IS HER MANAGER ALSO MY NEW ACCOUNT MANAGER. I TOLD HIM ALL STORY AND I HAVE HER PHONE RECORD . HE SAID SORRY, SHE IS PROMOTED AND SHE NEVER TOLD ME TO CALL YOU. ANY WAY I CANT GIVE YOU ANY ADJUSTMENT ON YOUR INVENTORY NOT SHOWS ONLINE AND ALSO I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE GIVE YOU DISCOUNT . BUT IF YOU SIGN THE NEW CONTRACT I CAN AGREE ON $1000.00 BUT I CAN NOT ADJUST PREVIOUS MONTHS. I DIDNT AGREE. I DONT LET ANYONE TAKE ADVANTAGE OR PLAY GAME WITH ME. I DONT PLAY GAME AND NOT LET THEM TO PLAY. I FORWARD ALL RECORD TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY HOLD ALL ****S FROM THE **** WE HAVE ISSUE AND THEY CHARGE ME EXTERA WITH OUT MY SIGNATURE AND APPROVED ON NEW PRICE. I DONT LIKE TO DEAL WITH LIARS AND NON- HONEST COMPANY .

    Cars.com posts prices and "alleged great deals" that are highly misleading and compounds the problem by not requiring, the extra "dealer processing fees" and additional fees, tacked on by the dealer, with this one by ******************* of *********, ******** particularly noteworthy. Used 2007 ******* Town ********************* ****** mi.$8,500 $139/mo*trid="kjYTZU771rZziouKjcd4AA" trc Great Deal | $1,041 under Hot Car this car is popular and expected to sell soon.We compared this car with similar 2007 ******* Town Cars based on price, mileage, features, condition, and several other factors.Avg. market price $9,541 It's posted by cars.com as a great deal under some $1,000 but.... add the "dealer processing fees" ($899 and find out about it late in the 'game) and other fees no5 divulged by ******************* on cars.com or by cars.com and the actual price is $10,000. Add an independent mechanics' repairs of faulty air suspension ($650 estimate), $150 to replace black break fluid, 2 bald tires, and the real price is $11,000+Note that the sales manager was honest that these fees are "100% profit," to quote him precisely. After having reviewed the ad posted on cars.com his justification for not including the fees is that it's not required.... right... so publishing false advertising is fine by both ******************* of ********* and cars.com... good thing for all customers to know, not to forget the US and ******** governments.here's a copy of ***** Cadillac's ad on cars.com (does anyone see anything about fees)Sellers notes about this car 2007 Light Ice Blue Clearcoat Metallic ******* Town ********************* CARFAX One-Owner.
