Ordered a car cover from Weather Tech and when I received it I was very happy with the item. Fit and finish were excellent. I looked at a number of other vendors but chose Weather Tech because there products are made in *** and Ive had good success with other products from the company. Problem is the cover isnt made by them its made by Cover Craft. Could have purchased the same exact cover for about ****** less and saved shipping. Cover Craft has free shipping. Weather Tech adds to there profit by pocketing a shipping charge. The Weather Tech name is on the front of the cover but not one mention in there catalog does it say they dont make them. Wont buy anything from them again.

CoverCraft is one of the best Car Cover Manufactures and we have always felt they were a good fit for us. I contacted CoverCraft today and they are running a Spring Sale with 45% off their Car Covers that started on April 1st and running through April 30, 2024 to the Consumer. Horrible customer service I ordered a full set of interior floor, mats the cargo tray for behind the rear seat and four of mudflaps the two front mudflaps rub the tire, a design flaw with their product. I was asked to remove and reattach the two front mudflaps but they still they rub the tire, I called customer service we went back-and-forth with photos and information. They told me to remove the two front mud flaps again and return them for a refund on those sets. I told him that that was a lot of work to do to remove them again I just rather have half of what I paid which is about $40 to not to have to remove and just deal with it, Keep in mind I spent well over $1000 with them with the other things that I purchased their poor decision from *************************** with weatherTech, did not care and mentioned again the only way I was getting a refund was to remove them again and return them for a $80 refundWeatherTech Automotive Accessories

I apologize for the inconvenience. Our Mudflaps are made not to rub against the tires and we think that possibly the running boards are causing the mudflaps to rub against the tires. We do test our mudflaps to ensure that there is no tire interference. We recommend for safety purposes not to use the mudflaps when rubbing against wheels and tires. Order the set of floor tech ********** decided she didn't want them we returned them they signed for them 5 days ago and I still haven't even got an update yet I call them and they said well you got to wait we have 30 days to process returns it's bad enough they charge me $18 to ship the item to me and I had to pay $36 to send it back so now I'm already out $54 from my original purchase which is almost 25% of what I paid for the matts and I still have to wait for my return but yet when I placed my order they took my money out immediately!!!! Horrible company don't do business and if you do decide that you really want WeatherTech mats buy them from Amazon or **** don't go to WeatherTech!!!!WeatherTech Automotive Accessories

I was a believer in weathertech products. I am very disappointed that weathertech does not stand by their lifetime warranty.I received weathertach under the sink mat for Christmas. Unfortunatel, there was a spil not anything weathertech would not replace. I was told the mat protected the cabinet. The mat is wrinkled now and is uneven. Weathertech customer service said we could buy another one and they would pay 1/2 the shipping but would not replace. I guess this is their lifetime warranty. Weathertech products are expensive. I own front, back seat mats and trunk mat. Oh yes their cupphone holder as well. They did replace this item when the phone holder broke. 1 starI've ordered twice. My Malibu mats didn't fit at all and after checking to see if they'd sent the right part number I found they had. The refunded my money but wasted my time. I ordered a set of mats for my new Tesla and they were very poor fits. There's a big wrinkle by the accelerator that keeps me from putting my foot on it at times. If the seat is moved to the rear the back mat scrunches up against the back seat. I have a set of *****'s in my F-150 that really do fit flawlessly. I wish I'd ordered Huskies for the Tesla. By the time I discovered the problems with the Tesla mats it was too late to return them.Review fromAngela T

JUST Don't!! I regret buying these. I would have gotten a better fit, product, and price with mats from ******** The mats have to be cut (by the purchaser) by hand with the "grid's" provided. Even with a brand new super sharp utility knife, saying it was difficult is a complete understatement! They are not even close to being a custom fit. When I pulled them out of the box I had buyers remorse. But as I'm sure the company is well aware the cost of returning them since they're so heavy and the difficulty wasn't worth it. So I thought I would try to make it work and cut them to fit. Now. I have these terrible ill-fitting mats in my car that really don't protect much because again, they don't fit well. Please don't believe the hype from the television ads or fall for the patriotism that they love to push. These give Made in ******* a bad name. My son received custom weather tech mats as a Christmas gift. He was pulling out a parking spot and the mat flipped up on top of his gas pedal and caused him to slam into the car behind him. He couldnt do anything to avoid the collision. BE CAREFULWeatherTech Automotive Accessories
